I can not say enough about how well this company presented themselves from the time I contacted Orlando until job completed .He was very professionally and sincere about the business of FCI South Gwinnett. .He came to my home with the products of different types of flooring. He was very patient with me, because I can be very indecisive. I chose my flooring with his professional expertise, and he gave me my quote. I was very impressed with the quote. I was actually surprised. I ordered expensive LV flooring but the quote was amazingly affordable. The workers came to my home and completed placing the floor in one day. They did have to come back to do touch up work the following morning and floors look amazing..Orlando.visit the home the day off and when they completed the entire job. It was an affordable process. I’m glad I passed up other flooring companies that were charging almost double and went with FCI flooring. It was stressless and affordable. Great job!!! Thanks Orlando

My husband and I are thoroughly pleased with our new floors. From start to finish Orlando and his team were top notch. The professionalism shown was the winning formula that set them above other companies whom we had received quotes from. Orlando did a phenomenal job ensuring we were satisfied during every stage of the project by stopping by and even bringing other personnel to ensure the job was being completed to achieve our desired outcome. We had a stair runner installed (with the same carpet that came with our house that we moved in 2 years ago!) and from starting with the consultation with Orlando and Julia, to the installers, to making sure the job was done right, we had a great experience and would highly recommend FCI for your flooring needs

My wife and I are absolutely satisfied with our brand new carpet! “Floor Coverings International Gwinnett,” replaced our carpet, and put brand new carpet in at a price that fit our budget perfectly! The quality of the carpet is impressive! They arrived promptly, they moved our bedroom furniture out, and was finished in about an hour and a half. They cleaned up, vacuumed up, and picked up any mess they made like the carport fragments etc., and they very neatly, put our furniture back in place perfectly. We love the no stain color, and we love how soft the texture is, especially for the low price, compared to every other company’s quote we received! Now, I do my push-ups and work out with my hand weights, right on my bedroom floor, and the carpet feels good when I collapse on it once I’m finished with my daily workout . I had an immediate referral for him, who received an amazing quote for their whole house! I told Orlando, the owner that I will refer him to everyone, so he made it easy by sending me a digital card. I’m telling you that you won’t beat his price, for the quality!
