We worked with Kevin and the team on upgrading LVP in our entire upstairs and downstairs. From the consultation, through the install, through a couple of minor services after the sale, we have been thoroughly impressed with Floor Gurus. Kevin was extremely attentive and made us feel like a priority while our home was turned upside down for a few days. I hope to never need this level of flooring install again, but if I do, Floor Gurus will be our first call.

UPDATE: we hired Floor Gurus for a bathroom remodel, and we could not be more pleased. We had a leak under our shower, so we decided to turn this big negative into a positive and update the entire bathroom. We love the results! Josh and his team were incredible! We had a hardwood floor that badly needed refinishing, and he provided us with several options. We decided to go over the existing floor with LVP, and we could not be happier. The crew was excellent, and finished the project in two days. I’ll be contacting them for any future flooring needs.

Do not use for wood floor refinishing. Read the reviews and you will realize the good ones are from when Patrick ran the business and I believe the good results are from installing Vinyl flooring (LVT) vs wood refinishing. It was a bad enough job that we had to have it redone by someone else more capable. Stain was uneven, the workers put waves/divots in our brand new wood and existing wood floors. One the bright side Josh did not charge me a dime for the poor workmanship so I’m thankful there was integrity on that end.

Patrick and crew did our stairs replacing carpet with wood flooring. After several years the treads began to squeak (not because of the workmanship, just things settling)Patrick came out and corrected the problem in less than a couple hours. Squeaks are gone and we couldn’t be happier!

Floor Gurus did a fantastic job installing new hard wood and carpet in my home. They were very professional and got the job done right on schedule. They made the whole process easy for us. I believe they offer some of the best work for the money you can get in the upstate!
