My experience unfortunate was not great. I had my floor sanded and refinished about a year ago. I went a little darker and asked for extra Coats of polyurethane for a nice shine plus the fact that I have a dog. The last time I had my floors redone was in 2008 and they kept up pretty well through toddlers and dogs. I was finally ready to get the floors redone because I had lost their shine. There was a few scratches throughout the house but nothing major. I had my floors re done with Chris Jones last year and was really excited . Unfortunately, there was absolutely no shine to speak of and it was like I was looking down at an old antique dresser. Any little thing that touched the floor would scratch or even gouge it. I couldn’t even use my cordless Dyson to vacuum it. I had to use another attachment because every time I vacuum the floor, it would literally scratch it period of vacuum? My 1st bad experience Was when something fell out of the freezer and literally the floor gouged.. I dropped the glass a couple weeks later and again big gouge out of the floor. This seems outrageous. I went through toddlers with ride on toys and 2 dogs play fighting in my kitchen for many years and there was nothing to be seen as what I’m seeing now. I contacted Chris several times. Only 2 of my texts were returned saying he would come out and look at it. Months later I would try and try and try again and still nothing. I’ve given up. Awful customer service. Take the money and run. Unfortunately I’ve seen many posts like this throughout Facebook..
