The gentleman who worked with me in the beginning for the estimate was awesome and polite. We had our floors re stained with a darker color and protective coating on top. Overall floors look great after I had to contact them multiple times for spots missed for darker staining & damages to other areas that shouldn’t have been touched. Plus the workers hit my ceiling in the basement and broke off a big patch of my dry wall but picked up the mess however did not report to us nor try to fix it. All our white floor vents were stretched and dented after our floors were completed even though our vents were brand new when they performed the work since our house had been completely redone inside a couple of years ago. I had also requested them to fix the vents as well but their solution was to just paint them which is not how you should run your business. First off the workers being professionals; they should have removed them or covered them before sanding & applying stain to the floors. Also I guess they figured we would not notice that they lacked taking off our shoe molding behind refrigerator but still sanded and messed them all up. I had to call and request them to come out to fix it and then owner treated us like “why can’t you just paint it & it will cost me too much to drive there”. Then when he showed up he decided to bring his girlfriend or wife to our house while he replaced the shoe molding of which should have originally been taken off and replaced with new since anyways we had already paid for in the quote for removal and replacing shoe molding. He gave my husband an attitude as soon as he arrived about why we wanted him to fix it. With that being said I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I also have areas of concerns such as areas gabbling open and waves in my floors.

USA Pro Floors refinished the wood floors in 5 rooms of our single family home including a set of stairs and the hallway, transforming our dark worn wooden floors into bright fresh new-looking floors. It totally brightened the house and is an instant eye-catcher. Several water damaged spots were also removed. I could not have expected better results.

This company was very responsive and the gentleman who came out to install the floor was by himself. He did the whole job, was very professional and did not leave a mess. I will definitely use them again.

They did a great job with the replacement of damaged floorboards and most importantly, months later when a problem with the install occurred, they came back and corrected the issue.
