We found a good selection of carpet and the staff was very helpful. The installers did a great job. They were very professional and cleaned up everything when the job was done. I would highly recommend MCS flooring for any carpet needs.

Had four amazing women waiting on me. One gave me icecream and the others made sure I was getting what I wanted. When my option of carpet wasn’t available they took their time and let me go back into the back room and look at the different available options. Ms.Jackie was there on the computer quick as can be and made a few phone calls to help me maybe get my original carpet. Ms.jackie even at the end found me my carpet I walked out of there with. Their team is great

What a great place to work with!!! It was a long process for my husband and I to pick out flooring for our home. Ross & Sonja were helpful and patient with us as we took sample after sample home to try. They have A LOT of products to choose from and very knowledgeable about what they sell. We finally made our choices and couldn’t be happier. They sent us James and Shane as our installers, and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend MCS Flooring

Absolutely fabulous experience! From the second you walk in the door, you are greeted like a long lost friend, and welcomed by the wonderful Kylee. Then Sonja and Ross along with their whole team (special shoutout to Anita!) answer any and all questions you have. As a first time homeowner, I cannot recommend them enough!

MCS flooring was amazing! From the time I walked in the store, to the minute Fred was walking out my door. Customer service is second to none and the installer Fred Steven’s is the best I’ve seen. He was patient and even worked around my kids at times. If you need new flooring and need it done RIGHT….contact MCS flooring. I had a very bad experience with the “other place” in the soo, but MCS restored my faith in the flooring industry in the soo. Thanks again!!!
