We had carpets installed in 3 bedrooms. There were plenty of carpet types, brands and options from which to choose. Dan was very knowledgeable of the products he had to offer. He came out to measure and schedule the install. His prices beat all the other quotes we received. He and his installer showed up on time and were professional throughout the experience. The carpets look & feel great. I definitely recommend WDFO for all flooring projects.

I was an bit overwhelmed when trying to decide on flooring and carpet for my rental. The moment I walked into Warehouse Direct Flooring Outlet and Dan greeted me, I knew I was in good hands. He was so knowledgeable, kind and patient with me as I kept taking home different flooring samples to help me decide what would work best. Once I made the decision, he worked with my timeline to have everything installed quickly. I was very happy with the pricing, it was not as expensive as I had expected. The installers for both the carpet and flooring were fantastic and did an outstanding job. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. From the day I walked in until the day the job was finished, I knew I was in great hands. Thank you, Dan!

We worked with Dan Versman at Warehouse Direct to get new hardwood flooring, baseboards and carpet for our entire home. We are retired and on social security, their prices were great, selection was good and they were very knowledgeable. They were helpful without being over the top. They sent 2 crews, said it may take 4 days, but were done in 3 days. They were clean, never left a mess, were courteous, professional and best of all did a wonderful job. We could not be happier. Had a quick turn around needed on a carpeting project and Dan rose to the occasion and quickly helped find a great quality piece that was in remnants and then went above and beyond to schedule a quick timeframe for install. He personally visited to make sure the job was on target and kept me updated along the way. Service and value in offerings don’t come by that often these days and Warehouse Direct Flooring Outlet and Dan provided above and beyond services for my project. Will always check with these folks first before any future carpet need! A++++++

Dan was assigned to our project. What a gem! We requested a quote on a Saturday and he was already at our place by Sunday. We were under a time crunch; Dan went above and beyond for us. Our flooring really turned out great. The pricing was fair, but the service and attention to detail by Dan and team is why I would highly recommend. Very honest, passionate and knowledgeable. Follow up was fantastic. You can’t go wrong here.

I dreaded getting new carpet, though it was obviously time to, because it seemed such a huge task to move all my belongings including multiple bookshelves. But Lou & Dan & the installers Antonio & Marco made it happen. As Antonio said, “sometimes we make miracles.” And they did. The carpet selection is huge at their warehouse & I found a carpet/pad combo that works for me. I think it’s a good investment to pay a little more for better quality. I got the 10 lb carpet padding that has a waterproof layer on the top to prevent stains from soaking into the pad. Also got a little better quality carpet & it feels so soft under my feet, it’s better than I ever imagined. Very little offgassing. Thank you to the guys at Warehouse Direct Interiors for going above & beyond to help make this home improvement happen. The photos show a hallway before and after.

Highly recommend! They did our consultation the next day and our carpet was installed 2 days later. Incredibly fast, very easy to communicate with, the carpet is soft and barely has any new carpet smell. Dan was super kind and helpful and a pleasure to work with:)
