My flooring at beautiful, but we have been waiting for months for them to do small repairs. Even spoke to the owner’s son. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing. No one wants to return calls. 😕

My mother and I were a bit concerned about all the pieces that involved the process of selecting a floor and the work it would take to complete the 4 rooms involved. Brian Hall, at Santa Clarita Flooring made the complete process an easy one from start to finish. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. His follow up and communication gave us confidence in the work to come. We selected vinyl flooring and we were advised that the process could potentially take up to three days. The team that installed our flooring was as good as Brian said they would be. David and his work partner were so professional and efficient that we barely felt their presence. They were organized, efficient, and precise with the details. The work was completed in 1.5 days. The finished product, to include the baseboards, was perfectly finished and the caulking was seamless. We will be using Santa Clarita for our future flooring needs. Thank you Brian and team for making this a good experience.

After only a short time, the poor installation is showing. The flooring we had put down is coming up (there is bowing at the seems), the baseboards were not attached properly secured to walls, and the overall install was not good. I have attached pictures. Please make sure your inspect the install very throughly, seems like they really wanted to save tome and money with a subpar job. Not happy.

Hire them. They changed the carpet in a very busy office as promised. Not an hour of work lost. No problems whatsoever with coordination and no problems after. Very satisfied.

Had our living room, dining room and kitchen refloored recently and they did such a great job. We originally had a tile floor which had to be removed and that was done with minimal dust, all windows and cupboards covered. The whole job took 4 days and they moved all our heavy pieces and put them all back. We absolutely love it.

This place was excellent because when I walked in I was immediately greeted in a very friendly and welcoming manor.Rob answered all of my questions and gave me some great suggestions. I look forward to coming back and seeing if we can get something going. Whichever way this goes I still totally recommend this place.

Chuck and Sarah are so welcoming, helpful and the floors are beyond our expectations. Wish we had more floors to replace!

Amazing place for all my go to flooring , the staff is on top of things. Definitely recommend.
