This is a great place to buy flooring. They are family-owned / woman-owned. They have great prices and excellent service. They even had 0% financing at the time I applied. They make buying flooring easy. They didn’t have the flooring I was looking for, but Lisa went out of her way to get it. The installation went very smoothly. Rich really knows what he’s doing. really knows what he’s doing

I love my new carpet that I put in my bedrooms. It has totally changed the look of the house. I want to thank Lisa for her help in picking out the carpet and the color. The installation crew did a phenomenal job. The quality of their work is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish it was a breeze. My thanks to all for a job well done.

As a 25 year resident of the Santa Clarita Valley and a homeowner who has had numerous types of flooring installed in several different homes through the years, this place is simply the best for flooring in the Santa Clarita Valley. I think this is the most positive review, and most lengthy, I’ve ever written. Wicall’s is a family business that has been in this valley for about fifty years, so they are knowledgeable about products and seemed to have acquired the best installers of carpet and hardwood. Lisa Wicall, current owner and daughter of the original owner is amazing. After I called about having measurements taken, she squeezed me into her schedule at the end of the day for the very next day. I had called Lowes and Home Depot and they weren’t available for two weeks into the future. I investigate things pretty thoroughly and was able to compare “apples to apples” and the carpet pricing I got from Wicall’s was cheaper than the Lowe’s estimate and on par with Home Depot’s pricing. The hardwood flooring I had priced was more reasonable than the engineered wood at Brent’s Carpet One’s. As for service, I can’t imagine better service anywhere. At Lowe’s and Home Depot, each time I stopped in or called, I got several individuals and never felt as if they knew my needs or remembered me at all. At Wicall’s I was on a first name basis with Lisa, Justine, and Ginger. They all knew me when I called or stopped in. Wicall’s returned calls promptly with the information I requested and they didn’t have any problem with the numerous estimates I asked for over the month I was deciding. Lisa brought samples to my home, that she left there, and I was able to go into the store and borrow many more carpet and wood samples. After finally choosing a carpet after a month, we discovered that the one I had chosen had been discontinued the previous week. Lisa called the company directly several times and she was able to piece together the carpeted areas I wanted in our home from one the company still had on hand. Plus, since it had been discontinued, she was abler to negotiate a cheaper price for me. We especially loved Rich, the hardwood installer; a neat and tidy perfectionist who clearly takes pride in his work. I can’t think of a single complaint I have about this company, which means a lot coming from me.
