Today was my first visit to US Hardwood and Carpet. I called a head of time looking for a specific in stock item and he had it!! He took the time to check for me and even set the item aside. When I arrived he had a box of flooring and an invoice prepared. Rex went above and beyond the standards of customer service to make sure I had what I was looking for. Not only was he super helpful, kind and knowledgeable, he even took the time to carry my boxes of flooring and out then nicely with care in my car!! Thank you!

I worked with Alexis. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His response to my questions, calls and emails was exceptional. They have a huge selection of flooring. I was looking for LVF. Their pricing was also very competitive. I would highly recommend US Hardwood and Carpet!!!

US Hardwood and Carpet helped us get our dream floors at a very competitive price. I shopped around all over the place and called multiple places to get the best price possible. US Hardwood and Carpet beat everyone’s price and on top of that, Alexis helped me the whole way finding other warehouses that were close by my location to get the quantity that I needed. He was very responsive, called me frequently for updates, and also helped me get other materials during a moments notice as they come up with my contractor. I highly recommend US Hardwood and Carpet!
