She is passionate about what she does and works tirelessly to help you achieve your dreams; while combining unimaginable styles and designs. She helped me choose tile, carpeting, countertops, and sinks. She even suggested color combinations. Amy is truly a superstar in the industry and someone I now refer to as a friend. We are in the process of remodeling our home, and are working with the showroom in Decatur. So far, our experience has been smooth. They have an expansive selection of every kind of flooring and tile – in prices suited to various budgets! The one person who deserves special mention is Amy, our designer. She has spent so much time, even after hours, to help us find the right flooring and tile, guiding us when we were unable to make a decision, answering every question we’ve asked, and just going above and beyond! A definite recommend!

CR Flooring was the perfect choice for our bathroom remodel. In addition to the floors, they installed our shower and backsplash. Excellent communication, workmanship, and punctuality. Amanda Griffey was our sales rep, and she did a great job coordinating finish selections, material procurement, and installation scopes. The installers, led by Michael, were extremely considerate, clean, and experienced. They even saved the louder operations for times when our baby wasn’t napping. Overall I would absolutely recommend them for future projects.

After searching for recommendations for the “best carpet/runner” seller & installer in Atlanta I decided to go to CR Flooring & found the perfect carpet for my stairs AND their amazing installer. Turnaround from purchase to completion was 1 week & I couldn’t be happier with the result! Most importantly is the customer service i received-I’ve come to believe it rarely exists but the employees at CR are phenomenal! I was helped quickly & thoroughly (never left to feel ignored) & from start to finish the ladies were amazing! The only negative is on me-why didn’t I go there 1st??? I purchased my flooring from them 3 years ago & had the same wonderful experience. Nowadays when customer service is pretty much nonexistent I can’t say enough about my experiences with CR Flooring’s employees & their quality of materials too. Skip ahead-go directly to CR Flooring-you will not be disappointed! (Ask for Amanda too!).

I went CR Flooring for the first time and my experience was wonderful! As soon as I walked in I was offered a very delicious and refreshing cold bottle of water. I also booked an appointment with Ann Copeland who’s always smiling and just overall has a good aura that makes people want to continue shopping at CR Flooring! I would highly recommend having a conversation with Ms.Copeland when it comes down to looking for anything… and I mean anything!

Amazing experience and completed Project! Thankful for the pros, Tasha, Susie and Meghan for assisting us to complete our floor refinishing in record time and with results far exceeding our expectations!
