We absolutely love our new floors! And could not be happier with the quality and service from start to finish. We are so fortunate to have found and worked with Floor Online. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, positive, and guided us through the process each step of the way. They listened to our desires, aesthetic, budget and timelines — and found us a fantastic product that was expertly installed to meet all of our needs. When little would-be hiccups came up in shipping or stock, the team was on top of it and went above and beyond to ensure nothing went awry. THANK YOU. I worked with Terry twice putting down engineered hardwood floors, and once for tiling my kitchen. The installers, Billy for the hardwood floors, and Tsomo for the tiling, were skilled, efficient, clean(!), respectful, helpful, and chill hard workers, as were their crews. Billy helped me save money by doing a repair so less material needed to be used, which worked because he is so careful. Tsomo communicated with me by text or phone every step of the way. And so did Terry, the boss. Fair prices. All good.

My wife chose a 9.5 inch width 3/4 solid laminate oak tongue and groove flooring to replace our water damaged Brazilian Cherry floor that Terry had installed for us several years ago. Billy and his crew from Terry’s company did an incredible job in the installation of our new flooring. Our living room, kitchen and hallway has so much more light and makes the entire area look larger than before. The material is of the highest quality that can be found today and I know this because I have spent over 50 years in the construction industry and am a good judge of quality. Floor on Line is a quality company who will perform your project to the utmost quality standards with honesty, integrity, and responsibility. When they tell you it will be done you can be guaranteed it will be done right. I recommend Terry and Blair to all of you reading this review and if you go elsewhere you will take your chances on lesser quality. This is a 5 star company.

I had numerous conversations with this company about quality of material availability and install practices. They will very thoroughly On time and very professional Mr. Blair who was my sales guy explained everything exactly the way I needed it to be explained to me because I don’t know. Much about flying he was patient concerned about the amount of money. I was spending and try to give me the best deal possible. He had an installer who had been doing this for 30 years. Who? Came in and made the floors absolutely beautiful. I am remodeling my house and when I get ready to do the flooring in the living room. I won’t be calling anybody else but blair. Highly recommend them if you want good quality material and great customer service. They will always make things right and correct. Thank you blair.

Working with Terry at Floor Online is a seamless experience. Terry is very knowledgeable, honest, and a straight shooter, which seems to be a hard to find these days. Terry was involved with a house remodeling I did about 10 years ago and the results were fantastic and everything was done on time and to budget. I have used Terry again this year for a kitchen remodel and the results were the same…Excellent. I would strongly recommend Terry.

Terry and his team did a wonderful job with our luxury vinyl flooring. Terry spent a lot of time up front explaining our options and helping us select the right material for our home. He also helped us navigate some tricky architectural features in our home – a spiral staircase and carpet/wood floors that needed leveling. Terry worked with us to complete our project in two phases so we didn’t have to move out of our home, and his installation team was amazing. They were friendly, worked quickly, kept our home very clean and completed the work ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Floor Online to anyone looking for a quality floor installation.

Terry was excellent in patiently explaining our wood flooring options and helping us pick some great maple flooring. The crew, especially Billy and Steve, were great to work with and did a super installation. And they were also very patient in helping us arrange the boards. Highly recommended.
