This is my favorite place to shop for tiles and more as if you want to renovating your house (indoor & outdoor). The superior service from the owner Dough such as a great help by his staffs just giving you a confident to shop with pleasure and to choose such as best and a right product for your needed with lowest price in a whole bay area. Instringly recomended this place to everyone who wants to have a beautiful home of your dream!

How often do you have the store owner personally comes to your house to see to your concern, about a product you have bought more than a month ago from his store? Well, I bet that it’s not very often and in fact, very rare for that to happen. However, this is exactly what Terico’s owner, Doug, has done for me even though I’m just a new customer at his store. A month ago, my wife and I bought some tile floor and stone veneer from Terico for a home improvement project in my backyard. Unfortunately, it was difficult for the contractor to install them on a sloppy and uneven backyard floor due the large tile size (8″ x 48″). We called Doug to explain the problem and to our surprise, Doug suggested that he could come to our house to see what’s going on. As promised, Doug drove to the house and looked at our backyard floor then agreed that it would be very challenging to use such large tiles. The best part of it all was that he allowed us to return the tile floor as he didn’t have any tile with smaller size in the warehouse currently. If you want quality tile floor and stone veneer with affordable price and the best customer service that you can get, go to Terico and talk to Doug 🙂
