I recently had Delo Floors install new flooring throughout my entire upstairs, including baseboards, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The crew, Danny, Victor, and Jeremy, were fantastic. They were incredibly professional and skilled, completing the installation flawlessly. But what truly impressed me was their dedication and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even accommodating my slight changes along the way. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable, thanks in no small part to their positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I was genuinely sad to see them go when the project was finished! It’s also worth noting that Jose, the owner, personally stopped by the house to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. This personal touch speaks volumes about Delo Floors’ commitment to customer satisfaction. The finished product is absolutely stunning! My upstairs looks incredible, and I’ve already received countless compliments. The quality of the workmanship is a clear testament to Delo Floors’ high standards. 100% recommend the Delo floor team. Jose was accommodating to what I wanted for my floors and he offer great input as well. He brought me sample vinyl colors I wanted for the floors which made the whole process so much smoother. Victor, Jeremy, and Daniel were wonderful. They did a beautiful job with the floors and take pride in their work. I think their prices are very reasonable and competitive. I had the whole home floor done. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. Cynthia responded to text even in odd hours which was awesome. I got vinyl and carpet. I loved how both of them turned out! We were very happy with our decision to go with Delo floors!

Beware – Jose refused to honor his own warranty for repairs on his work! Also, Jose may back out of jobs last minute and leave you on your own scrambling to find help! I used Delo Floors for my great room vinyl plank flooring project about 7 months ago. The job went fine. There was one spot near the island that was not leveled and dipped when you step on it but I didn’t notice it until the next day and with the hassle of potentially having to remove some flooring to level and replace, I didn’t bother. Recently, I decided to do some foundation repair that included work under part of the great room. I called and requested an in-person quote to remove and replace a section of flooring for the foundation repair. I was told an in-person quote from Jose was not needed and I could send pictures and measurements. I did that. I got a quote and coordinated the job with the foundation repair company and Delo. When the Delo crew showed up, the lead, Victor, reviewed the job and said he needed to call Jose. Victor explained that in order to remove flooring from the area I needed, additional flooring would have to be removed because of the way the planks lock into each other. My response was “wouldn’t Jose know the way the planks work when he quoted me?”. Jose called me and said the job was bigger than he thought and he would not do the work. At first he tried to say he didn’t know how big of an area I needed removed but then I told him that his own quote listed the measurements. Then he TRIED TO BLAME ME, saying that even if he had the measurements, my picture only showed the portion of the area from the island to the end of the kitchen. He said that the area up to the island was doable but not the full 15 ft. I pulled up the picture I sent him and it clearly showed the entire section beyond the island. He stopped finding reasons and just said he won’t do the job since its bigger than was quoted. I reminded him that this was all coordinated with the foundation repair company scheduled to come out in 3 days. He didn’t offer to adjust the price for the “new” scope of the work. He didn’t offer any solutions. He said that even though it was his fault, he was refusing to do the job. I then asked him if he will at least do the repair under the flooring next to the island since he said that up to the island was within the area he quoted me and we were still in the warranty timeframe. He then changed his story and said the island was also too big of an area and that he would only do the repair to HIS OWN JOB if the job was smaller. They would have to remove too much flooring just to do a small leveling job that it wasn’t worth it and I should accept that the area is unlevel. If you want a company that will stand by their warranty, quotes and work CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. If you are trying to manage a whole renovation with different moving parts, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. – – Note – – I have texts and home security video recordings of everything I have said in case Jose denies any of it.

I wanted flooring that matched throughout my home. We got several estimates everywhere from Big box to contractors over a several month period. The big box was convoluted, the contractors were double the price or flaky and lazy. I happened upon Delo driving by in another neighborhood in my city and asked for their card. The experience was professional. Months later when we were ready to do it I circled back because it was the best price/experience. They also got their tile connection to put faux brick over our pink marble fireplace and it’s been the highlight of our whole home renovation. We did have one plank come loose due to a nail poking up. They came out twice to fix it, the second time seems to have done the trick. Hopefully we won’t have to pull up a huge section and fix it later. Only time will tell. I can update my post if that happens. I waited a year to review because i wanted to see how things settled. I recommend Delo to everyone in my city and surrounding whenever someone is looking.

We could not be happier with our Nexxacore “Zion” floors from Delo Floors. The guys were extremely hard working, paying close attention to every small detail. Jose and Cynthia were friendly and helpful and Victor took 3 days on our stairs, doing them the right way and not just rushing to be done. There were a couple minor things that they came back and fixed upon our request and said to let them know if there was ever anything else. I just felt like they did a really thorough job and they stand behind their work and their product! Thank you!

About a year ago we needed to upgrade the flooring in our daughter’s condominium. We found Delo Floors online. We read one positive review after another and called Jose for ideas and an estimate. We liked him right from the start. We elected to go with luxury vinyl flooring in her small space. It turned out great. The crew was excellent. The quality of the work was exceptional. We were very pleased. Fast forward one year later and we decided to modernize the flooring in our own home. We immediately reached out to Jose at Delo Floors again based on our previous experience. This job involved quite a bit of demolition work to remove 35-year-old+ tile which had outlived at usefulness. Jose’s bid for demo, new flooring, and baseboards was very reasonable. It included everything we needed. In addition, Jose promised to do the job start to finish in just one week. I thought it was very aggressive. Not only did they meet the timeline, Delo once again performed exceptional work, with a great work crew in our house, very conscientious and respectful, always cleaning up after themselves and going the extra mile to do the job better than good. We are in love with our new floors and eagerly look forward to helping other people experience the Delo transformation!
