We also have tried to reach out but no answer. Our floor is lifting due to no plastic put underneath flooring. Some of it was repaired and paid for by myself and he was supposed to return and now there is no one to be seen

I’ve used this company twice over the last few years. I’ve spent about 11k in improvements and floor replacement. I had been relatively happy with the service but recently came across some issues with the work. For the last few months I’ve been trying relentlessly to reach out to resolve these issues, leaving countless messages. Getting ahold of someone has been near impossible. Every time I call, the last person I spoke with has since been terminated. This makes it really difficult to relay prior issues. This means that every time I finally get in contact with someone, I have to re-explain what work has been done, making it a huge hassle to tackle the current issue I’ve been having. I finally got in contact the person who claims to be the owner. I had him come to make a minor adjustment to the work that was done. He promised to return with samples to fix the additional issue. That never happened. I’ve given up trying to call and beg somebody to come. It’s just very frustrating because I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and I can’t even get somebody to come fix minor issues.

New Day flooring was amazing from demo to reno! They walked us through every step of the way. The entire team was professional and dedicated. They all worked very hard to make our house look like new again. Thank you for everything!

From the quote to the installation process, NDF was quick, efficient, and professional. I get compliments on the new floor and look of my living room and stairs. 👍Definitely recommend NDF.
