I had an excellent experience with your company. The installers Jorge Lara, Jackie Ruiz, and Gerado Ortiz were excellent workers. They were polite, hard working and moved all my furniture. I have only very high praises for this team. Excellent job, great material and superb workers.

We chose Express Flooring because of the 3 companies we contacted, they were the most communicative. They reached out to schedule an appt same day and their salesperson Luke showed up on time and had a great attitude. He explained all the options in carpet and also explained the price points pretty clearly. But that was where the great communication ended. The night before our installation I received an email with the name of the installation coordinator’s name and contact information along with helpful hints on being ready for the install. The morning of the install, Inreceived a text message with a two hour window. That text came 4 minutes before the 2 hour window started (our window was 8-10am and the text message was received at 7:56am). By 10am, no one had shown up and we received no communication to let us know what was going on. At 10:15, I sent a text to the installation coordinator Samantha asking what was going on because no one had shown up. I could not call because I was in a work meeting. It took her 10 minutes to respond that she would reach out to the installers to find out what was going on. It took her almost 30 minutes to respond and let us know what was happening. While we were waiting for a response my husband reached out to our salesperson to find out if he had any information since when we placed our order he suggested we reach out to him because he would be able to help us also. It took him even longer to respond (so that was a waste of time). The coordinator finally responded and said the installers had can trouble and they were on their way. By the time they arrived they were 2 hours past the window we were given. They were very respectful but told my husband they didn’t have van trouble that they were at another job before ours. So basically we were lied to. They did the install and were fast and respectful. When they were done we thought everything was fine…until we started putting things away. That’s when I noticed that there was a gap in the padding and the carpet was sinking. I immediately called customer service and was told they would have someone call me back. That did not happen. I waited half the next day and when no one called I reached back out to customer service and explained the situation. They scheduled an appointment for the following week since that’s when I had availability. The night before the 2nd appointment I received a call confirming that the day still worked and told that I would receive a message and a text with the window of when the installers would be here. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I receievd no email or text like I did with the initial install. At 9:30am there was a knock at my door and it was the installers. They fixed the issue and left. This company really needs to work on their communication. I cannot recommend the company based on my experience. While the installers did a good job and the carpet appears to be good quality, the fact that Express Flooring does not honor their own guidance and does not respect the customer’s time, I will not recommend them to anyone.

Remy and his crew did an excellent job installing our new floors, and moving our furniture around to where we needed it to be placed. Was surprised that they could actually finish in one day. Highly recommend Express Flooring for your Flooring needs.
