We had been wanting to do floors for a while but finally committed to doing them with pretty short notice. Josh came out quickly to do the estimate and was able to make time to get it done on our schedule. We started to do the demo ourselves and he gave us pointers to make sure everything would be ready when they got there. After only a couple of days the flooring was completed throughout the whole house and they turned out amazing. Josh was always on time, put in a full days work, always made sure to communicate and was competitively priced. If you’re reading this I would recommend him to you and I have already recommended him to friends.

We hired Josh Frias to install new plank vinyl flooring over an existing engineered wood floor and to do an additional room to remove old wall-to-wall carpeting and install the same flooring. Josh was always on time, professional and approachable. He explained the process and costs clearly, listened to our requests, and advised us on purchasing planks and moldings. He delivered the flooring boxes and arranged for the project. He moved all furniture carefully after we unloaded china and glassware display cabinets and rolled up rugs. We left for a few days while he worked to make it easier for him and his helpers but could monitor his process and progress on our security cameras. Very careful job with professional expertise in making floor electrical cutouts, transoms, and installing new and saved moldings. He gave texted progress reports with daily check-in and check-out information so we could maintain security systems. Clean up was meticulous and his finished walk-through was thorough and complete. My wife smiles every time she sees the new floor! We recommend him in the top category.

Josh was very on time and very responsive to phone calls and texts. He was very flexible and very accommodating to my needs. He estimated 5 days but was able to get job done in 4 days. Stair nose was not delivered on time causing him extra trip back here without a single complain. Quality of his work is also good. He cleaned up after his work daily. I would hire him again for future projects. Thanks again Josh!

I needed sudden service to remove my flooring before new kitchen cabinets were installed and then to reinstall the flooring around the new footprint of the kitchen. Josh’s response was immediate and his service was amazing. Would highly recommend this business!

Josh was on time and responsive, price was competitive and work quality was good.
