After suffering with a bad floor install, Vitalii of BFA Flooring came out and spent time assessing the flooring. He explained why it was failing, and what needed to be done to correct the problem. I knew already that the existing floor would need to be removed and could not be repaired. Vitalli gave us a great estimate, but we were very nervous about going through a remodel again, after our first bad experience. Vitalli discussed different types of flooring with us and once we made our decision, Vitalli and crew came in and did a fabulous job! They took great care to cover our cabinets in the kitchen, so there was no threat of damage, and hung plastic to keep the house as dust free during the grinding process. They were friendly and professional, were cognizant and kind to our senior dog who sometimes got in the way. 🙂 They finished on time, even when they worked on the week of July 4th and it got up to 114 degrees outside. Our floors came out so beautiful!! Pictures cannot do it justice. We are so happy to walk on level, even floors, without it cutting our feet or sagging and squeaking. We can walk barefoot in our home again and it feels great! We still have the upper level of our home to consider and we won’t look to anyone to install the flooring except for BFA Flooring! We 100% recommend them!

I recommend BFA Flooring to anyone interested in putting in a new floor. Vitalii Molchanov and his partner, Vadym are incredibly hard workers. They arrived to my house on time and were extremely professional. When they demolished the old kitchen floor, they discovered damage underneath so had to work even harder to fix the damage and level the floor before installing the new floor. Due to the fact that the old floor had to be repaired first, the job took much longer than expected. But they stayed and completed the job properly and with care. They did a beautiful job. I could not be happier. Thank you Vitalii and Vadym. I am so pleased with the floor. You are great!

I have a condo that needed a tenant inside very soon. After an inspection, it was determined there was a problem with the original flooring from a previous vendor. I called BFA flooring and mentioned my situation. Vitalii came out the same day and fixed the problem (that the other vendor caused)! His work was excellent. After the follow-up inspection today it passed with flying colors! I highly recommend this company.

Vitalii was so honest, reliable and professional; he arrived on time, followed up with me after the initial estimate (that he provided in writing at that 1st visit) and honored his very reasonable estimate without any additional charges. The quality of the work was exceptional and I love my new kitchen floor. If you need flooring in your home, Vitalii is the guy to call. You won’t be disappointed.
