When I had my house built. The builder used Ogden flooring. Which I would have used someone else because of previous issues I have had with Ogden Flooring. In my current house I had to call them to fix apart of my laminate floor due to something I did. Since I knew they did my floor I knew they had the parts. When I called to have them come out and fix it. And knowing I would be paying for it. They started to berate me over the phone for damaging my floor. And was pushing for me to claim it on my insurance. I would suggest going somewhere else for flooring.

Thomas was great! He helped us get the best deal on a stair nose. We had no idea where to start and decided to just go in and ask for help. He sent us on our way with what we needed on the same day! The color was exact. Thank you Thomas.

100% recommend We have purchased carpet from them twice now and I can’t say enough good things. The salesman is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He answered all of my questions and I could tell he was genuine and honest, he didn’t try to push me to purchase anything I didn’t need. I really appreciate that they show their prices as the total cost of carpet, padding, and installation. I feel this is a very honest way of doing business, they don’t try to hide fees and costs. The carpet we got is very affordable and high quality! We absolutely love it! Definitely recommend! Absolutely worth it!

Liars, thieves and don’t stand behind anything. Horrible seams, dye drift (the pieces installed were not matching in color in the same room) that should have been warrantied by a national big name brand. He sent someone to come steam and verify. That guy said it absolutely didn’t match on color and said he would advise Ogden’s carpet. I called the store and he said the guy told him it matched and was fine. Outright liar! I had another installer come to fix the seams and asked him if there was a flaw in the carpet. He said yes. So I was told by two people that was accurate and he denied it all. $1,200 for one room for expensive beautiful carpet that looked hideous.

Staff at the Roy location is fantastic. Very flexible. My wife and I couldn’t agree on the color and needed to do a swap after getting the flooring the first time. OF&D was great and helped us get this taken care of so that we were happy with the color. Now my go to for flooring needs.

If you want to be disappointed in your investment, go here. If you want your carpet to not actually reach the walls in several spots, go here. If you want your freshly painted door frames stripped of paint from carpet dragging across them, go here. If you want your freshly painted walls scarred from carpet dragging across them, destroying your hard work, go here. If you want carpet glue in places it is not supposed to be, go here. If you want poor communication, go here. If you want your carpet job to take 3 weeks instead of 1, go here. If you want your new carpet to show significant wear after 1 day under an office chair, go here. If you want an installer who does not care about damaging your property, go here. If you want the owner to respond to your concerns with, “That’s how it goes.” Then go here. If none of that sounds like what you are looking for, you should probable choose another company.

They are simply amazing! They were very patient with us through the whole process of picking out our flooring and all our changes. They were great on helping us find a good time for an install that worked for us. The flooring look beautiful. A+ service. We will alway go here for our flooring needs! Thanks a million!

Price is very reasonable. They were super helpful when we were picking out the flooring. We love our new carpet! They installed super quick. However, it was extremely frustrating that our installer didn’t clean up after himself. He left a lot of carpet fibers all over my hard floors where he cut the carpet for the stairs, and even staples. I’m glad I cleaned up right after he left, before myself or my littles stepped on one of the staples. He also left a 13’ cardboard tube on the driveway. I called and they’re sending him back out to make him haul it off but it shouldn’t have been left. Lastly, he broke a transition piece between my hard floor and carpet but wouldn’t admit to it and said “there’s nothing I can do, I just install the carpet”. Clearly he ONLY installs carpet, no cleanup, no being careful not to break things and no owning up to it.
