Our floors are gorgeous and exceeded all expectations we had for our refinished hardwood floors. Our space has truly been transformed. The quality of the work is amazing and the service and communication were excellent. We were living out of town during the refinishing process and were provided updates throughout the process. I would recommend Floor Coverings International Metro East Detroit to anyone looking to have their floors refinished! We can’t wait to enjoy our floors for years to come!

From selection through installation, the Floor Coverings Int’l team was a pleasure to deal with. The owners dropped off several samples which was very appreciated. Although it took a while for our flooring to come in, as soon as it was received, they moved quickly to schedule the install. The installation team worked well together, they kept us updated, were very detailed, kind and considerate. I highly recommend Floor Coverings Int’l owners Ken and Amy Kish for great professional as well as personal service.

So glad we noticed the ad for Floor Coverings International on the back of our church bulletin and made them our first call for a quote to replace our kitchen floor. Quickly realized there was no need to look further. Bella was gracious, knowledgeable of the various product options, respectful of our opinions and concerns, and employed none of the “high pressure” tactics we’ve experienced with other home improvement salespeople. Quote was lower than what we had expected to pay and product arrived sooner than hoped. John, who did the installation, was a pleasure to work with. He was very skilled, and extraordinary in his attention to detail and commitment that we be 100% satisfied. Floor Coverings International has a great team that we have no hesitation in recommending.
