PLEASE DO NOT HAVE BOSS FLOORS OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES INSTALL YOUR FLOORING- HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM HE WILL LEAVE IT UNRESOLVED!! Our new flooring installation, by Boss Flooring of Rockledge LLC, was completed late April’23 while the unit was unoccupied and unfurnished. The following day we contacted owner Joe Frascogna regarding visual and tactile deficiencies. Early May’23 Mr. Frascogna had our flooring repaired. Per Mr. Frascogna’s own installer, Joe Gallagher, stated this should not be a repair, it should be a total rip up, correct sub-floor prep, and complete new install; but Mr Gallagher can only do the job as directed by Mr. Frascogna. Several days following the repair job we contacted Mr. Frascogna again regarding various visual and tactile deficiencies, most still remaining issues and some new deficiencies. Early June’23 Mr. Frascogna had our flooring inspected by an independent flooring inspection company, Floor Detectives. Which the results were not shared with us. Late June’23 Mr. Frascogna informed us he received the inspection report from Floor Detectives and will be scheduling an installer ASAP. Late July’23 Mr. Frascogna stated he was having trouble lining up an installer and stated he was hoping to schedule in the next few weeks; or gave us the option to get our own installer and Mr. Frascogna would provide our installer materials and $1400 for labor. We responded stating that at this moment we would prefer he make all of the arrangements. First week in Aug’23 we decided to go with our own installer and informed Mr. Frascogna of our decision and inquired what day that week we could pick up the materials and monies to pay the installer. Every week following the first week in Aug’23, we have inquired with Mr. Frascogna specifically asking what day of the current week we can pick up the materials and monies to pay the installer. We don’t receive responses every week, but when we do they are varying reasons. Let’s review this timeline: >4/26/23 Install completed(Tyler) >4/27/23 Contacted Joe@Boss re:deficiencies >5/1/23 Joe Frascogna inspected in person >5/9/23 Floor repair completed(Joe Gallagher)5/9/23 >5/18/23 Contacted Joe@Boss re:continued deficiencies >6/1/23 Inspection by Matt-Floor Detectives >6/9/23 Joe Frascogna text stating his accountant has the Floor Detectives invoice to pay >6/13/23 Jenn text Joe about inspection report >??DATE?? Joe verified via text he received Floor Detectives Inspection Report & will be scheduling installer asap >??DATE?? Joe called Jenn and gave us the option to get our own installer & him provide materials and $1400 for labor -OR- he can make the arrangements and get one of his installers to come out and repair the flooring >7/27/23 Joe had installer scheduled but cancelled due to weather >8/8/23 & 8/11/23 Jenn text Joe inquiring about scheduling of installer >8/15/23 & 8/18/23 Jenn text Joe inquiring about us scheduling our own installer & Joe providing 984sf of flooring, SGD end caps, doorway transitions, and $1400 for labor costs >8/18/23 Joe replied via text stating his store is closed until Wed 8/23, and he was waiting on product due to ?Sage discoloration? >8/18/23 DD text Joe offering to drive to Boss Flooring Vero location to pick up flooring, materials & labor costs >8/23/23 Jenn text Joe to confirm pick up of flooring, materials & labor costs this Fri 8/25/23 >8/24/23 Jenn text Joe to schedule an in store visit today, Joe responded stating he will give a time by 10:30am, no further communication. In September we continued to reach out with no response from Joe. We tried to be patient and hopeful Joe would do the right thing without avail- * if Joe steps up and decides to reinstall our floor correctly with our installer- I would be more than happy to rewrite this review to reflect the changes.

Stopped in Boss FLoors while dining near by, spoke to Joe and he seemed very knowledgeable. I started looking around and noticed they had a great selection on vinyl flooring. I purchased and had the flooring installed by there installer and it turned out great. Very happy with the end result and will recommend the to others.
