When we were in dire need of an affordable way to carpet a large area of our home, Mr. Durrance came up with a wonderful solution. His solution has given us full use of that part of our home. We’ll be ready to put down more carpet this fall, and you can be sure we’ll be using Durrance Floors to do the work!

Mr. Durrance did a wonderful job on stretching our very wrinkled wall to wall carpet. He was prompt, professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing in an understandable way. We would certainly call on him again if we are ever in need of his many services!

Steven repaired a damaged area of carpet for us. When he was done you couldn’t even tell the carpet has been damaged. Looks as good as new.

I hired Steven to complete a small refit of carpet around two new built-in closets I was installing. He first gave me some detailed guidance about how to properly cut the carpet for the closets so he would have highest confidence to deliver a beautiful finish. Then he arrived a few days later to retack. He not only did a fantastic job, he also cleaned up some of the first installer’s problems and restretched half the room. He is a pro and decent guy. Highly recommend his services.

We enlisted Steven’s services to restretch the carpet in our home. He arrived on time, was very friendly and personable, professional, time efficient, and he also fixed a tear in the carpet free of charge. We’re very pleased with the results of his work, I just wish we had taken a before and after picture! He was also very conscientious about cleaning up little fragments of carpet that had been removed during the restretching because he knew our 1 year old would be crawling around and could potentially put them in her mouth; when someone pays attention to things like that, it means the world. We highly recommend him!
