We are repeat customers and had carpet installed recently. They have the best prices around and the installers are great. There was a mixup with our carpet from the manufacturer but owner Frank was honest, owned it (even though it really wasn’t his fault), and made it right.

5/5 stars for Frank & team with Big Foot Floors and for installer Brian & team with Full Draw Construction who replaced our flooring with a great new laminate plank. We got several local bids and Big Foot beat them all handily without compromise. Everyone was friendly, timely, trustworthy and had a real attention to detail – no corners were cut with this install. We will be doing business with them again. I recommend them without reservation!

Frank was wonderful to work with! He was able to measure within 2 days of me calling and got our carpet done quickly. It is a rental property so the condition of the old carpet was gross. He went above and beyond.

As part of a major home remodel I had Big Foot Floors install about 1300 Sq. Ft. of new Laminate flooring. They came when they said they would, cleaned up daily after their work and installed the flooring perfectly! They were also almost $2,000.00 less than the other bid I received. It wouldn’t have been possible for them to do a better job!!

We heard about Bigfoot Flooring through a friend and I am so glad we did! Lyle and his crews are awesome! Their communication was great, the install happened as soon as the materials arrived, and his crew was amazing! Bigfoot flooring is a great company and we will definitely be using them again!

After moving into our home we discovered there were some flooring issues. The existing flooring was no longer available even though the home is only 3 years old. We ended up replacing all the flooring in the house except the bathrooms. Working with Lyle at Bigfoot Flooring made it easier given their fair pricing and product availability. The had a nice selection across product types. We were thrilled with the installers as they did a beautiful job putting the floors together and they even corrected the sub-flooring issues!!! We highly recommend them and will continue to use them when we redo our bathrooms.

Called to get prices and availability on flooring and end caps. They told me to just go get it from the original store I had purchased the flooring from in the past. Won’t be giving my business to them again.

We are so happy with our experience with Big Foot Floors! Great prices, quality and very professional! The Manager Lyle was very helpful. The new floors at our Eagle Crest home are beautiful!!!!! Lyle was able to get our floors done very quickly too.
