We were looking to replace hardwood and carpet in our house and walked into Bells carpet (since they were open on Saturday :). We are so glad that we met Carol Dykstra that day. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with us. She answered all our questions, gave us good guidance with the selection process and was able to schedule installation per our convenience. Sal & crew came and replaced our carpets first. They were able to complete the job quickly and did a great job. Then it was Jason and crew’s turn to remove our old engineered word and replace with new laminate floor. Since our old floor was glued down, it took Jason and team some time to have all that carefully removed. Though it was taking time, they were patient with the process and once it was all removed, they were able to install the new floors quickly. Jason was also able to fix an issue with our floor which was caused by the builder. During all this time, Carol was in touch with us and coordinated everything. Even when there was a need for some follow-up, she took care of it also very effectively. I’m a very satisfied customer and will highly recommend the above team!

Bells is excellent – very helpful, professional, KIND, and their pricing can’t be beat. Turn around time was sooner than expected and install was quick and easy, they handled everything. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Will certainly order through Bells for other carpets!

We had a great experience with Bell’s. We purchased engineered hardwood for our upstairs and carpet on our stairs. Carol was very helpful for deciding what materials we needed. Jason and team did an excellent job during the install. We love our new floors and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Definitely recommend Bell’s!

I’ve purchased flooring from Bells Carpet & Floors over the last two decades and was pleased in the past. That’s why I went back when I needed new kitchen flooring. Wow, times have changed. Terrible advise and installation — a real mess. Two visits could not resolve the issues and the owner just stopped responding — after the warranty expired of course. We finally had their flooring removed by another company and new floor installed. It is beautiful. What a difference when something is done professionally. Both the consultation and the installation were seamless and a great experience. I made have had customer loyalty but Bell’s certainly didn’t. I advise anyone to shop and buy elsewhere. (P.S. I only gave a star versus 0 to make sure this rating showed up).

In December 2020, we had Bell’s change flooring on 3 stories of our 4 storied house–BIG JOB! Such a STRESSFUL & AGGRAVATING experience!! But let me tell you why we gave them 4 STARS!! We got Mohawk Luxury Vinyl Revella (NOT scratch -resistant as advertised) for the 1st floor & Mohawk Smart-Strand carpet (AWESOME) for the 2nd/3rd floors. Truthfully, we had a horrible experience w/the vinyl installation was a HORRIBLE experience!! Not counting the delay when one of the installers brought COVID into our home, there were many instances of damage to our personal property during removal of the old floor & to various new laid boards (~3mth install). Carpet installation was another team–2 day install—FABULOUS work!! But the light in the storm was Ms. CAROL DYKSTRA!! An amiable angel of professionality, integrity & compassion! She was always ready to come on site when we called. She worked hard to correct problems were she could. And in the end, she provided discounts on our final bill that made us feel heard & valued. This company has had great reviews in the past & maybe COVID complicated their usual standard? A BIG “THANK YOU” to Ms. Carol, who made 2 stars worth of difference.

Carol is very detail-oriented, friendly, competent and follows through the entire installation process. The carpet looks great! Bell’s was exactly what we were looking for in a flooring company. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and Angie took care of us. She is very knowledgeable and helped us find the carpet we were looking for. Henry installed our carpet in one day and was a true professional at what he does.
