The worst experience I have ever dealt with in my life. Rude, unprofessional and unreliable. They left scratches on our floors, unevenly stained areas, places with no polyurethane and refused to fix. Had to hire another company to come fix their mistakes and redo our floors. This is a legit review and not one of the phony ones they put up themselves. Go hire a real flooring company and not a bunch of amateurs.

i’m glad i used queens wood floor to install new hard wood floor at my house the service is excellent and the job is professional and the price is cheap compare to other company’s , i highly recommend them.
