We contracted Laser to complete our home in Gardner Colorado. We began working with Jordan and we were given an estimate of 72,000. We paid 50% down and after 4 months Laser built a staircase, framed in our patio door and insulated 1/3 of our home. After 4 months Jordan left and Vincent took over our project and said it was badly under did and he was going to re-estimate the project. He then met with the building inspector who failed and required all work done by Laser needed to be removed because it was not up to code or the plans and the installation was done prior to correcting framing issues and installing fire blocking. Laser also purchased 7200 in materials and will not provide and documentation showing what was bought. They picked up 23 bags of insulation and after our new contractor repaired framing to code and insulated the house again still have 22 bags of un used insulation that we have no receipts to return despite numerous requests. Now back to Vince…. Once he took over our new estimate was 145,000 which included and itemized Laser charging us to remove the insulation and reinstall it remove the staircase and rebuild it to code. So now 8 months later Laser refuses to refund any money for the work they have done and has even decided to keep our 19,000 in unspent funds and even went as far as to tell us we need to sign a legal document saying we are 100% satisfied with the work they performed just to get 19,000 back. They also need to set up a payment plan to refund our money….which basically means they don’t even have our unspent funds. Honestly you owe us everything you stole plus additional to cover us having to tear out and rebuild all the work your company did. Stop hiding behind an attorney and fix this. Very dishonest and dealing with absolute criminals. I’ve already spent 7000 on legal fees and they just keep dragging this out. If your thinking of using Laser don’t walk away run….

Vince and his team (Laser and subs) did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They communicated on a regular basis and were proactive in completing a quality job in a timely manner. Highly recommend them for your project.

They did good work on my expansion. Inspectors slowed down the project significantly but it was worth it. It really opened up my house. Gained a new dining room and a nice family room. Price wise nobody can match them. I’m not talking minor savings I’m talking $55k.

Run – don’t walk far away from these people. Unprofessional, untimely, and either inexperienced or incompetent when it comes to working with the regional building department. I have no idea how they have ever managed to achieve Best of Pueblo. The project manger, Vince, picks and chooses when to be communicative and has NEVER been to our home to oversee and approve the project. When I’ve asked for specific things, they are completely ignored and treated as if they were unimportant and that we’d forget what we’d asked for. There are gaps in the flooring, none of the transitions were installed nor were the floors stabilized before they just stopped coming up to work on this part of the project. We had to remove several parts of the project due to excessive overcharging for materials and subpar performance. There has been so much turnover that we have never dealt with the same person coming to our home. Every time someone shows up we have to re-explain the project and hope they know what they are doing. What you’ll get is handy-man level services at professional level prices. You’ll also have a project that should take between 3-5 months take over 7 months to get to a point where they want to finalize billing but refuse to come to review the project with the homeowner and nothing ever actually gets finished. No one ever calls to discuss the timeframe changes or provide an ETA. You’ll also have people who hide behind emails, and text messages vs. interacting with clients, hopping on a phone call or coming out to the project to resolve issues. We have often had to communicate and coordinate subcontractors because Laser doesn’t have anything coordinated or organized. This was one of my main points in hiring a general was to avoid having to be so involved in the day to day minutia and speak with one knowledgeable contact point. That did not happen in the least! If I could give this place negative stars I would. AVOID THEM. Save yourself some time, sanity, and satisfaction and go somewhere else.

We had 2 bathrooms done in a week. And I love how beautiful it turned out. We just had the floor tiled.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jordan. When she said the cutouts in the basement ceiling drywall, when redone , would look as good as existing ceiling , I was leery. The texture and paint match were perfect and the professionalism of this company was fantastic. I hope I never have another water leak but I certainly will call Laser again. The price was with reason and I could get a call back with questions on work quickly. Thank You Laser for your team work.
