Igor did an amazing job. He came to my house walked around with me explaining exactly what he is going to do and how long it would take. He explained what was needed from me and what to expect from him. Within the next week when I was ready for him he came in sanded all of the old floors to match the new floors that were put in. He then cleaned it all up and went on to staining all the floors and even did different tones of the same stain in certain rooms like I asked of him. He was quick and professional. The next day came in to screen and vacuum and then proceeded to seal the flooring. Not only did he do what he said he would he even made me a custom entry from the leftover flooring. Igor went above and beyond what was expected of him. I will definitely use him for all my projects. He is professional, quick, high quality, and fair priced for what you’re getting. He also went above by tapping up all of the floors when that was never discussed.

I had my hardwood floors redone and Igor did not disappoint. He was timely, professional and fairly priced. He paid great attention to detail, I recently called to have work done on my outside deck and once again, very pleased with his service. I would highly recommend!

My experience with IK floors was amazing. Great service, and Igor was very professional. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance, they arrived on time. It was quick and easy. My floors used to be uneven and have a lot of scratches. There was also a lot of wax build up. They solved all these problems for a good price. I would definitely recommend!
