Portland Construction Solutions did an excellent job repairing our basement from water damage after the January ice storm. It had been months of calling trying to find someone available for repairs. As soon as Portland Construction Solutions stepped on they got the ball rolling and I finally felt like I was in good hands. Ian was very clear in communicating the process of working with our insurance and making sure the scope of work was properly captured. Albert was our project manager and went above and beyond to make sure the basement was repaired to our satisfaction. All the crews they brought in to do the work were polite, quick and efficient. Would use them again if ever needed.

Corey and Miguel did really great work on our project. We had a leak and had to have the bathroom redone. They were great people and great to work with. They did the site preparation, paint, drywall and other aspects of the project. They were amazingly good and kept the site clean and orderly. A few highlights are the bathtub framing and mirror hanging. They built a really structurally sound as well as beautiful frame. I’ve included a few photos.

Portland Construction Solutions are top-notch professionals, hands down. We called them after filing a water damage insurance claim, and we were lucky to find them as a repair team. Their estimating team and project management was supreme, and Daniel meticulously ensured our estimate covered all necessary work components so we had a strong scope to work with. Matt was a fabulous manager: responsive, patient, transparent, and flexible. Even when project details hit a snag (which they invariably do), we truly felt supported throughout the whole process. Antonio and Cesar did excellent, detail-oriented, efficient carpentry and re-build work that consistently exceeded our expectations. Our home had significant damage from a winter storm. We went through the remediation phase with another company through our home insurance (and we were eager for a more professional experience after that). We were so relieved to have the leadership and direction from Portland Construction Solutions to restore our home. JJ was a pleasure to work with — we were able to get a comprehensive assessment of our situation and ask questions about what to expect. Justin was our project manager. He was communicative every step of the way and SO organized. A good project manager is critical to this process going smoothly and Justin was this for us. He was a North Star for us in each step and in troubleshooting with subcontractors. Rigo/Adolfo were incredibly reliable as carpenters. We enthusiastically recommend Portland Construction Solutions to anyone who is in need of a professional, high-quality, reliable, and communicative team for your home project.

Portland Construction Solutions did an incredible job from start to finish when I had water damage from a burst pipe. Daniel, the estimator, provided a detailed and complete estimate to my insurance adjuster which allowed for quick approval. Shannon let me know what to expect on the financial side and assisted in communicating with and providing documentation to my insurance company. Brenden, the project manager was excellent at evaluating the project, setting reasonable expectations, keeping subcontractors organized and on time, and communicated regularly with me throughout the project. Miguel and Corey stuck to the timeline and did excellent work. I can be a bit picky but I have no complaints, rather I am thrilled with the outcome. Everyone was exceptional and the project went better than I could have hoped for. I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends and would certainly use them again. Thank You!!

PCS was an amazing partner through an otherwise stressful time, when a bathroom leak turned into a very big project that I couldn’t fathom when we have started. JJ was very dedicated, patient and persevering as he worked with my insurance company to negotiate the cost. This took a long time because of different people and circumstance, but it certainly worth the wait. As soon as the project got it’s green light Albert, the project manager was very punctual, understanding and accommodating with scheduling, communicating and supervising all the way through.As the several step project all lined up the work was kept to the timeline; Cesar was very careful yet quick with the demo part. The subcontractors did high quality work ;on the tile project and the ceiling + paint works. Bob went above and beyond with the rest of the big and small jobs of the project, it is difficult to write down all of them. It is easy to like a company when everything goes as planned, but the true character of a company and people come out when difficulty arises (and in construction you can always count on some)PCS took all the hurdles and set backs as professionals. They stayed within the insurance budget, and that was truly amazing! Nicole made the payment process less stressful, that I really appreciated. And as I have mentioned a construction project will always have surprises and difficulties, and I am glad that I had PCS with me to make it a much better experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends, and to those who had the patience to read this through.

Great experience start to finish. There was open communication from my project coordinator Heath and the sub contractors the entire length of the project. They listened, offered help, and I felt I could trust them working in my home. Chauncy made sure nothing was left undone, everything was finished and made new. Thanks PCS team.
