Beware Their product line are discontinued and run outs. Want to match a product 3 months later, sorry we no longer carry that item. Also, their installers are the worst. I asked them for their best installer. They sent out a guy who sat there and did nothing while a young guy struggled. “He has to learn”. Flooring was uneven, 1/4 round not nailed. I complained to Scott. Well, we fired them! You told me they were your best???? STAY AWAY Fr. Victor Lopez

We recently bought vinyl flooring and installed it ourselves. The quality is great, the coloring is perfect and Scott was a big help in making sure that we got exactly what we were hoping for. A couple of weeks later we bought carpet here, as well. Again we got a great carpet that looks just right with the vinyl. But this time we had it installed by the company that Scott recommend, Niagara Floors and More. The owner Robert and his assistant did a fast, skillful job and also moved the furniture out and then back in so we did not have to. Love our floors now!

We had a very good experience here when we were getting vinyl flooring for the kitchen area. Scott helped us pick the right color, size and type that would best work for our situation. He also put up with my…”what about this one?, what about that one?”, going back and forth on deciding. LOL We appreciated the service and will go back for our carpeting.

I would give this place zero stars,if possible. If u are I need of cabinets, pass on to another. All they do is sell flooring, but it’s reject or cheap or out of stock stuff from other places. They do not stand behind there product nor is there product any good. As well as after they dropped pallet of our flooring, told us to take it anyway, we returned 7 boxes value $800+ and gave us store credit, and when we went to use the store credit it wasn’t available. We lost that $$$. -poor quality floor product -poor quality cabinets (china premade) -poor customer service -refers u to manufacturer if the floor has problem. – buy the time u deal with all issues, cost would be less at home Depot who stand behind there product.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. We bought $6,000 worth of flooring ($6.00 sq ft) for our home from the Port Orange store. My husband owns a remodeling business and referred them tons of customers but we will never refer anyone to them again. Some of our floor was damaged when we received it so they gave us a $800 store credit for the flooring boxes we returned. A year later the floor is cracking, it scratches so easy, it just breaks on the edges, and you can drop something lightweight on it and it just dents, see pics. They refused to warranty the flooring that is literally crumbling AND when we went to the store to get flooring to replace where it is breaking we were told we no longer have a store credit even though I called 2 weeks prior to going in and was told yes we could use our store credit it was still in our file. Floor Factory Outlet is not honest, will not warranty their products, will not even help you file claim with the floor manufactor and they could care less that our flooring they sold us is horrible. If this is how they treat someone who has referred them tons of business I can only imagine how they may have treated those we have referred to their store in the past. We highly suggest you go somewhere else for your flooring or cabinet needs.

Within two months of install I am now in the process of finding another company to replace the materials and redo the entire project out of my own pocket. So unless you enjoy paying for a job twice, I would look anywhere else. They don’t back the products they sell or the installers they recommend. Buyer Beware!
