This is my third time using cover trends. I also have referred them to friends. But I love the time and energy the owner spends to ensure it’s what you want and informs you of things that can be issues. This time I wanted vinyl in my house. I went to pick a color he said u might wanna take the sample and see how it is in your house and I really saw the difference n he brought up the thickness of it and quality. The stuff at home Depot is very thin and won’t last. I followed up did research just to be sure it was how it is and indeed it was so I changed to a different floor all together. He got my floors done in no time and the process was like in my past houses smooth sailing and great price and service. Had my old ugly tile removed no dust and everyone he has working did a great job respectful and cautious of my pets too so no one would escape. I’ve had a company let my cat out so it was a concern. Eli is a great guy and great business man..I think if I remember he’s been doing flooring since a teen. So all around great guy. He when I was there the last time for last payment has a couple he actually took them to see the work first hand in a new construction home so they’d know the flooring would look like in the whole house. I thought to myself this is why I like small family oriented companies they do that extra Mile and it’s so worth it. So If ur reading just go in and see it’s worth it. Once I’m done painting and done I’ll add photos..I’m still working with my insurance from the hurricane Ian.. he also gave a detailed contract and invoice which really helped me.

Prompt and A+ service every time, Eli is my favorite to use for all of my flooring needs throughout not only in my personal house, but also all of my rental homes. Great deals, and great work, and so much better than the big box stores.

We hired Covertrends to do the backsplash in our kitchen. Total disaster. The first shipment of tile was “lost in shipping,” which delayed the process. Then, when they finally came to install it, they ran out of tile. Oddly, they blamed us. We had to wait for a third shipment. In the interim, they left our kitchen a total disaster without functioning outlets. In addition, they did not even have the proper hardware to get the outlets back up and running. Total disaster. Would certainly NOT recommend.

Each step of the project Eli and Ray were supervising. At every stage, from picking the right tile for the two bedrooms, the installer being professional in removing and taking away the old flooring and moulding, laying the new tile, and each day leaving my home with no accumulated debris. I am so impressed with the quality and many choices of floorings from which to choose. Before going to the big stores to do your work, I truly recommend Eli and his crew at Cover Trends. Eli stands behind his men and inspects all the completed jobs, making sure the work is done right and his clients are satisfied.

Cover Trends Flooring gets 5 stars from us. Dixie in Customer service, made the purchasing process extremely easy, she was very patient while choosing our color. Nick and his Team did a great job, their workman ship is impeccable. Our rooms look great we’re so happy we went with Cover Trend Flooring. Covertrends was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful from the moment we walked in the showroom front door until the last plank was placed. We are very happy with our lvp. We just had our entire house redone thanks to Covertrends, but they will be my first choice if We are ever in the market for. New floors again.
