Sam and the rest of his team did an amazing job, I can’t recommend them enough! We were on a tight timeline with moving and vacations and Sam and his team pulled through to get the job done well within our expectations. From the quoting to the work, it was a great experience. They kept us updated throughout and provided recommendations for fixes once the sanding was done. I would highly recommend them for the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with UB! Our new oak flooring is stunning and perfectly matches the existing hardwood like we requested. We also had oak stairs put in and they are so beautiful. Our Sales person Sam was really helpful and easy to work with, and the flooring crew led by John was super professional and all so nice. They did really amazing work. The whole process was easy and came with no unpleasant surprises with billing or anything else. We had an all-around great experience and would definitely recommend!

UB Hardwoods & Flooring did a great job replacing old carpet with new engineered hardwood across an entire floor in our house. Rock solid advice during planning phase, fair & transparent pricing, great communication throughout the project, and talented, caring installers. Shawn, Jake, Jerry, and crew did a fantastic job all around. Jerry went above and beyond to make sure the floor transitions were looking rock solid and doors were working correctly. I’ll be coming back to UB Hardwood & Flooring for all my future flooring needs.

We had a water-damaged kitchen floor that needed replacement. We had them come in and give us an estimate with a contingency for hidden damage not seen. They came in, tore up the damaged floor, and ran out of supplies because of the extra repair needed to complete the job. Sam, our sales rep, ended up working on his own to complete the job. Above and beyond what they quoted us on the original estimate. We can’t say enough about their work and customer service. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

UB Hardwoods did an amazing job refinishing my hardwood floors! Jerry was knowledgable and professional while estimating my floors and sent me the quote the next day. John worked on my floors and he was great! Always on time, explained everything along the way, listened to my questions and concerns and was always very professional. He had to patch several boards you’d never even know, the match is flawless. My floors look amazing and I cannot recommend Jerry and John enough. Thank you!

Our experience with U B from the beginning with Sam who gave us our estimate, Melanie who helped us pick out the type of flooring, Bob who helped us schedule the project, the gentleman who delivered our flooring, and to the installation done by Daniel, Francisco, and Troy, our experience with UN Flooring was excellent. Highly recommend . Great people to work with. Couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the outcome.
