Gabby, Cassie, Carey, and Jed are the best builder sales reps in the business! They are so customer service oriented. They are always aware of their inventory. They go above and beyond to help me and my clients select great design materials at great prices. If there is ever an issue, they make every effort to make it right! I couldn’t do my job as well without them.

Amazing tile found here! Beautiful showroom. I took several pictures. We were Just in the beginning stages of looking for tile, so we didn’t exactly know what we wanted. We also had just gone to their outlet store (highly recommend, just to see the other things they have, which is much different product). Super nice people at this store!

This place is a joke – their interest in providing customer service at the Plymouth location is next to zero. I was told I would get “virtual” samples to review in a day, waited almost a week, and received nothing. So when I called to find out what was going on, I got a line of complete b.s. about how BUSY they were (sure, during a pandemic, everyone is looking for tile).The Burnsville location was FABULOUS with my first bathroom project, I wouldn’t waste my time with the Plymouth location but it was the only one open during this time.
