This company is notorious for unethical business practices. They provide a price quote and require full payment upfront. However, on the first day of work, they claim it will cost an additional 70% due to “uneven floors.” They exploit the elderly, as they did with my parents, delivering poor-quality work. Please, stay away from this company. Channel 12 News is currently investigating their unethical practices. Do not hire this company. There sales rep Philip Ward and Amanda in the office are behind this Ponzi Scheme. PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY MORE THAN YOUR QUOTED.

If you need carpet do not use Express Flooring! They aren’t cheap, they lack variety and their customer service is awful. I am in the middle of an install right now and my one installer is awesome, but he’s just one person for 3 bedrooms, 1 very long and wide hallway, 2 landings and 40 steps. He worked on the hallways and 2 smaller bedrooms yesterday. When I walked in I went right over to a seam and noted it was a different color. He said i had to get it from another roll and the other bedroom also has a seam from where a roll ran out. Today he came back and did the master bedroom and it’s a completely different color than the hallway. He then tells me that the steps will be from the same roll as the master bedroom so they won’t match the hallway. Are you kidding me? He tells me that he was sent with 3 different rolls instead of one roll. When I call their customer service line you can’t leave a message either. I was told by the installer that they told me to call during business hours on Monday. I don’t care if you install the next day if my house isn’t going to match! You replied that someone was coming out Monday to look at the house and resolve the issue. It’s now Friday afternoon and still haven’t heard back from you even after calling and talking with someone. This is ridiculous!

We had a great experience from start to finish. First with our sales person Larry, but more then that, the installation team. Jesus Garcia and his entire team were amazing. They were very hard working and extremely professional. They operate like a well oiled machine. I wish they did other trades besides flooring, I would hire them over and over! The team used extreme care when moving our furniture and had such a positive attitude. They taped and plastic’d off as much as possible, but tearing up tile is a messy project. There is no stopping the super fine dust, it will get in every crack and crevasse no matter what. I have attached some before and after pictures.

Contracted Express Flooring for my downstairs floor. They had the best prices after shopping around and the best warranty on installation. The crew that worked on my job was kind, professional and efficient. It took them 3 days and the results were beautiful. I’m very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend this company to my friends.
