Unprofessional ownership. To add more detail, Ray Dahdal the owner no showed to my property three separate times, ultimately wasting my time in the middle of a busy rehab. They also changed the terms of our agreement, trying to charge me a design fee. I was prepared to spend thousands with them to support a small business and family- Ultimately had a better experience with Floor and Decor in Moorestown.

Ray and team did an amazing job on our kitchen backsplash. They were professional, honest, and great to work with and my husband and I are so happy with our new tile. I would recommend Ideal tile to anyone!

The best customer service and the best quality materials. I completely renovated my kitchen, two baths and full house flooring from them! I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Abe and Larry were very helpful, patient, and professional! Love this place!

We’re new to doing home projects and really have no idea what we’re doing. My wife and I met with Ray and Alexandra regarding our backsplash and they walked us through the process, helped us with the design and the installation. Their installation crew was super responsive and we are planning on using Ideal for all of our future projects. We honestly could not be happier.

I looked at a ton of tile stores for my kitchen tile and this one was by far my favorite. I actually first went to the Ideal Tile in Mt. Laurel (also awesome) and then eventually ended up at this one in Philadelphia. I was looking for blue subway tile and Ray Dahdal was very helpful. Before I went I emailed the store and asked if they had a certain blue tile I’d seen at the Mt. Laurel location. Ray responded quickly and when I got there he showed me an even more beautiful blue tile. This location is large and smells like new – lots of options here. I highly recommend here for any house project that involves tile! Their bathroom tiles were gorgeous also.

We used Ideal Tile for our bathroom & kitchen. We purchased cabinets, backsplash, vanity, floor and shower tile, and more from them. The customer service was great from beginning to end – helping us design the kitchen layout, assisting with choosing cabinets & vanity, giving tile samples to test, and helping find the right finishes for our new rooms. Beautiful, large selection; responsive team; great showroom. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had a wonderful experience here! Been back multiple times. They have a large selection of all different styles. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about design. You can comfortably browse on your own or get great recommendations from the designers. I got tile for 3 bathrooms from here and they all came out so beautiful. Going back for a kitchen backsplash. More pictures to come once renovation is complete.

Incredible job doing our backsplash! We got several quotes and Ideal tile was truly the most responsive and customer friendly. The owner was kind and flexible, and knew his stuff as far as helping pick out the tile and grout. Incredible service!

Store had a great selection at a good price. Store staff was very helpful and courteous and delivered when promised! Would definitely recommend.
