We had our carpet replaced with vinal tiles in one of our rooms. Pearland 5 Star Floors gave us a good quote and they also got us the same vinal tiles we have for the rest of the house. The workers were very good and quick with their work. They also cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We will definitely get their services again for any future plans.

I hardly ever leave reviews unless I feel strongly about a business. From the second I walked into the storefront, I was treated so well. Tiffany was so helpful and kind every time I went there to try and decide on a floor. I’ve never had any major work done on my house, so this experience was scary for me. 5 star floors did amazing work in my home. I got ALL new flooring throughout my entire house and all new baseboards. I was expecting to come home to a mess everyday, but they kept my house spotless. They got done with everything in 3 days. They showed up on time and the crew was extremely nice. All of my large furniture was put back better than it was before. After they were done, there wasn’t anything for me to clean. My floors look beautiful. I’ve heard so many horror stories about other companies and contractors, so I didn’t know what to expect. They exceeded my expectations, and I won’t use another company for anything. I can’t wait until they do my kitchen remodel next. I have been recommending them to every single person I know. I don’t have one negative thing to say. Thank y’all so much for your amazing customer service and hard work. My house looks so beautiful and I am so grateful for y’all making this such a wonderful experience.

5 Star Floors is amazing! Reasons to choose them: They have a huge selection to pick from. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable. Their installers are fast and talented. I’m so glad we chose them. My home looks incredible.

5 Star Floors did an amazing job installing a section of my wood floors (due to water damage). Everything matched seamlessly. They did such a great job, I contracted them to install carpet in 3 bedrooms. They were professional and the install went smoothly. We just had 5 Star come out to our home for new vinyl floors and carpeting. It was a great experience planning our project at the showroom. The installers were great. They were timely and we had our project completed within a few days. We definitely recommend 5 Star for any projects and will use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Five Star Floors! We did a total home renovation with their Pearland store including painting every room (ceilings, walls, kitchen cabinets, closets, doors etc) new countertops and back splash in the kitchen and bathrooms, refinishing two fireplaces….and of course all new flooring (LVP throughout house and carpet in bedrooms). Through every step of the process Mike (the owner) was extremely helpful. He brought product samples to our home and really helped with design decisions. He was very responsive to phone calls and texts and was always on time to meetings. He coordinated all of the different services (paint, tile, countertops etc) and made sure everything went smoothly and on time. His teams were incredible, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they all did an amazing job. Not only that they finished the project ahead of schedule! We are so thrilled with our renovation and our experience with Five Star Floors!

5 Star Floors installed a beautiful LVP floor in our bedroom and closet. They were able to locate our floor that the builder installed two years ago. They connected the new floor to the existing floor in the hallway leading into our bedroom, and it looks like it was installed when we originally built the house. Their pricing was competitive and the installers were kind, organized, and clean. We are pleased with using 5 Star Floors and will use them again to install this same floor in the remaining bedrooms. We have used them on several occasions for carpets and other items and the service cannot be matched. They are so helpful from the time you walk in and beyond install. I cannot recommend them enough. Always, always amazing service.
