Absolutely amazing customer service!! We came in and saw few carpets, finalized in 10 mins. Mike and his crew came on the day they promised. Beautifully installed carpet with very nice thick padding. Cost was very reasonable too. Highly recommended Mike from floor gallery for all your flooring needs! Do not go anywhere else!!!

This is the best place to buy a new floor! I have used Floor Gallery to install tile floors three times, first in our offices at work, and twice in my home, and each time I have been super pleased with the results. One of my close friends just replaced all the flooring in their house with new tile, and is also super pleased. The owner, Mike is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, and really easy to work with. His installation crew are great guys as well, and they don’t create a huge mess while they are working, and clean up afterwards, plus they show up when they say they will, and get the job completed quickly. I also wanted a new shower enclosure installed, and even though Floor Gallery does not do this work, Mike arranged a shower stall installation at a great price.

I came to Mike with a very difficult problem. A small section of my living room hardwood floors needed replacing but the manufacturer no longer made that floor with the same thickness. Mike made all the arrangements to help me out and get the floors custom cut and installed to match. The finished product looked amazing. Mike was a life saver. I highly recommend this place to get a quality and affordable job.

Stopped here on a whim- husband didn’t think it would have a lot of options. Boy was he wrong! They had more samples in one space than I’d seen anywhere else. Mike was so helpful – he showed us many options and did not try to upsell us. He seems very genuine in wanting you to be happy , and totally understands budget. When our project is ready for flooring and tile- we will be going back to Mike!

Mike and his team with Miguel have done excellent job with complete flooring project using tiles at my residence. Gave competitive price and executed without fail or delay. The only aspect to be aware is, that we had to manage oversight closely which I would have expected is their job. But for a large project, this comes with territory. Will use them again.

Great service and support from Floor Gallery when the flooring manufacturer provided defective planks. Floor Gallery fought to get new flooring from the manufacturer.
