I needed transition pieces for doors that were being relocated. The box stores had nothing I could get quickly. I dropped by this store which was adjacent to a tailor my wife needed. Wow what a friendly place. They were so helpful. I will definitely use them for some future tile work I’ll be doing.

Tabitha helped us in the showroom- love that we got to take samples home! Chris was in charge of our project- everything went perfect. Installers on time and very personable and polite. They even finished a day early! Super happy with the product. 10/10 would recommend!

I would highly recommend RCI flooring. We encountered issues with other companies where the tile shipped was off by more than 50% from the dye lot compared to the display. RCI listened to our experience and concerns. They came out did measurements, then RCI had the distributor put the order aside and ship one case for us to compare to the display. It was spot on. Now RCI treated us like we were important even though we were a small order (just doing our front doorway). We went with them based on how great the staff was, and we are so glad. They showed up on time, they were friendly, clean, and it turned out beautiful! Now, if we got that kind of service from such a small job, I could only imagine how they would help others enhance their home. RCI Flooring installed our family room laminate. We bought it elsewhere only because we weren’t aware they had a store. Didn’t matter. Rick was very professional. Got us a quote quickly, very reasonably priced and we hired him. When the job was done I had some pickyunish thing I wanted done and Chris came out and did the job himself. He was a delight to deal with!! I definitely recommend RCI. Thanks RCI

Chris and his team were helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process of replacing the flooring in our home. The team showed up on time, took extra care to move our furniture around safely, and the final product looked fantastic. A few weeks later, we had water issues, and Chris came out to take a look and help us remove flooring, baseboard, and finishing molding. Once that was take care of, he sent his team back to replace all of the above. While replacing only took an hour, RCI made it a priority to get us booked and get our floors refinished. Can’t thank them enough – will absolutely recommend for jobs big or small!

Over the past several years RCI has installed tile, carpet and most recently luxury vinyl plank. They provided responsive, professional service each time.
