They have one of the best collections of tile in the desert, their prices are fair, and their service is friendly and helpful. Don’t buy elsewhere until you’ve at least checked them out.

Orderd eight tiles on March 1 and paid for them. Sales person told us that we should be getting the tile within seven days provided the maker had them in stock. If they were not in stock she would call us back and let us know the approximate delivery date. After 10 days and not hearing back I called her. She actually “FORGOT” to order the tile and then sent me a picture of what she thought was the tile that we ordered even though she had the order paperwork in front of her. Wrong tile. We proceeded to go back to the store to physically show her the tile we wanted even though it was on the original paperwork. Finally arrived today! Complained to the Mgr. who totally dismissed the sales persons error and blamed the lack of customer service on “Mexico” even though the fault lies on poor customer service. Mgr. & sales Girl need to find other jobs. I have purchased lots of products from for several years but will No longer do business while these 2 remain employees. Sincerely, Ray Flick
