First time using PC Flooring Outlet and we are very pleased with the whole process. From start to finish. Walked into their showroom and was given samples to take home to figure out color/style. We dropped off the samples, placed the order and scheduled the work 3 weeks out because we had an upcoming trip. The crew consisted of two men, Buster and (sorry didn’t get the other guys name) arrived on time as scheduled & did a very nice clean job all around. We have white tile in our house and they used the carpet cushion they pulled out to not tread dirt. That was super nice. Tile looks beautiful!! Very happy and satisfied. Thank you.

2024 Yet another job completed! Love the ease of this company. 1750 square feet for this one. Adding more photos. If you are able to read this Bryan, we hope you are okay. 2024/2023 Used them for two different carpet jobs. One for a rental house in Port Orange (east Volusia County); the other for our mom’s home. The price was good and the quality was very good. Friendly staff. 2022 UPDATE on latest work: Another beautiful job in the books. Thanks. 2100Sq. feet of gorgeous tile. There’s a reason you have been in business this long. People complain about businesses in Florida, but if they did business with y’all, that notion would be dispelled. Their inventory is massive. When describing what was needed for this small beachside cottage to make it look “more open” Bryan suggested this tile. So affordable. Have used them many times over the years. Reliable business with loyal repeat customers. update: Labor Day weekend 2021: Bryan, was hoping to connect in person and stop by Sat. to say hi, but the staff told me earlier you are not there. Thanks for your advice in the past, even if it was through text. Hoping you are well and are able to read this.

called and spoke to a disinterested man about some carpet needs, he wasn’t even able to say goodbye at end of call, just hung up. If that’s the way the first call is it can only get worse from there.

When I entered the store I was not greeted for several minutes. The sales person was to busy on their phone. And the sales person never spoke to me again except to tell me where I could locate the floor tile. I found the tile all by myself. This place has no customer service and I would never hire them to do my master bathroom remodel.

SO PLEASED. REPEAT CUSTOMER WITH ANOTHER UPDATE w/photos of latest purchase. Thanks a bunch. It turned out great. I stole the shutter idea and the tile selection from one of your other customers. OLDER POST Great work, thanks to word of mouth where it finally came to me : To begin with, they were recommended by one of my friends who’d used them, their family had previously recommended them to said employee, so now it’s time to pay it forward. Earlier this year I purchased both units of a duplex. When we were down to finally getting flooring, I just needed someone who could make it look good and BE RELIABLE. I described the colors that we’d redone the property with. Brian one of the owners sent a few photos of product. I picked one and that’s what we went w/throughout both units. We could not believe how wonderful it turned out. Beyond our expectations. Probably the best business experiences here in Florida.
