It was a pleasure to do business with this company. My sales person was Jonas. I would highly recommend seaking him out of you purchase material from them. Whatever you guys are paying Jonas you should double it. He went above and beyond on my project. I am a Florida licensed GC contractor, been in the business for 22 years. I have dealt with plenty of sales men . Jonas does what’s right and stands behind his product. He is very loyal to Baystone. If you guys let him slip away your nuts. By the way… This is probably the fourth review I’ve ever written in my life.

Wonderful experience! I am in a newly constructed house and the pool tile I chose discolored within the first year of living there. The pool builders were anything but helpful. I went to Keystone, where the tile was purchased, and they let me know that the tile I used was discontinued because of this issue and within a week replaced the tile in my pool at no cost to me.

Burak Unlu, the sales manager, was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond our expectations. He answered all of our questions and also had a lot suggestions regarding our project. We are very happy that we went to Keystone Tile.

This is a great place to do business at. I needed marble pavers for around my pool. Joselyn was so knowledgeable, always available, professional and friendly making my purchasing experience an easy and smooth one. Thank you! Now that my stone has been delivered, I’ll update my review. Of course Joselyn walk me through every step of the way until delivery today. She has been awesome during the process. Keystone sent a driver, Santiago, to deliver 12 pallets of stone to my home. OMG!!!! This man really knew what he was doing!!! So friendly and professional!!! He was able to set all those pallets in my small part of my backyard without damaging anything and without invading my neighbor’s property!!!! He was an expert!!! So far this project is going as great as it can go. I will post pictures when finished!!!

As a state licensed swimming pool contractor in the state of Florida, it is imperative that I use quality products for all of my projects. I have found that Baystone has provided exceptional service and quality products over the years and they are definitely my go to company for all of my clients. The personal service is truly appreciated, and the branch manager is always available and very knowledgeable and always friendly. Knowing that I can rely on them really takes a lot of pressure off of me when it comes to choosing materials. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time at Keystone and it will not be my last ! Me and my husband are new home owners & have been searching for the right materials to complete a few projects. I had an amazing encounter with Joselyn who went above and beyond in not only informing us about the options available but gave insightful suggestions on which may be preferable for our projects. I love the fact that they offer natural stone and had a great selection of porcelain tiles. She was very professional friendly and patient with us. The whole team was great but Joselyn is a real gem. We will definitely return for her.
