I needed new flooring/carpeting done for my basement so I went to several places that were local. After speaking with what felt like junior sales reps, I found Design West and was delighted when Brent came up and immediately sounded like he knew what he was talking about. His years of experience in this industry was invaluable. He helped us every step of the way and even gave us interior design suggestions that helped us pick our paint colors to compliment our new flooring. Brent went out of his way to ensure the job went well several times. It’s a level of customer service that I haven’t gotten from other places in the past when renovating. You can tell Brent enjoys what he does, and does a great job at it! I will definitely be using Design West for future jobs.

Brent was great to work with and ensured the projects were completed on time and of the highest quality. The carpet was installed so perfectly that it’s impossible to determine where the seams are. The refinishing of the hardwoods was done to perfection. The floors look beautiful again! The drop in vents for the hardwood floors are beautifully done. We were pleased with all the skilled employees who were both talented and professional.

Five years ago, we went to Design West Carpets in Orem, because my friend mentioned his son Brent would take good care of my wife and I. We purchased some loose lay vinyl flooring that I installed myself. We have appreciated its look and how easy it is to care for. It still looks great! Two months ago, a copper pressure pipe in our home began leaking in the wall and down into the subfloor. After removing the damaged subflooring and thoroughly drying things out, the new underlayment was installed. I reinstalled the same loose lay flooring pieces that covered the wet underlayment with new molding. Now with paint on the molding it looks just like it did in 2019! I am a finished carpenter and found that laying the flooring myself was very easy. Brent was very knowledgeable and sold us on loose lay flooring as an amazing product. It took a disaster and came back looking great! I am thoroughly pleased with this product.
