I would give it NO stars if possible. Just a Dollar flooring installed 2,000 Sq ft of water repellant wood flooring Feb 2023. The flooring started moving over top the other piece of flooring. I contacted the new nane, etc and spoke with a gentleman who said he would contact installer. I also have messaged the installer for over 6-7 months. NOTHING has been done to fix the issue. I am beyond upset over this. So, buyer beware!!!!! They obviously do not back their work!

Lamentable! We have waited many days for the installer to come to take the measurement. He arrived late at the appointment with no excuse and without a hello. He had to go back to the store to pick ip the vinyl sheet we had paid previously and was supposed to come back immedialtly to our house where we where waiting, 20 minutes away from the store. 2 hours later the store called back telling that we hadn’t bought the glue and we had to go to the store to pay for it, refusing to give it to the installer thar we could have paid. When we went to the store we were very angry that it took them 2 hours before calling us and when we asked why they hadn’t sold the glue with the vinyl sheet, the manager told us that we had refuse to buy it! We took our product and found another installer that came very quickly and we finally paid less… I don’t recommend this store at all.

Just want to Thank Michael,Earl , Mike and Ray. I had a condo to retile, I went in many many times. Everyone was so helpful, kind and patient with me. It made the job so much easier and pleasure able having such wonderful people to work with. I want to Thank you all for your help .The job turned out beautiful.
