We have used Expert hardwood flooring for a handful of projects over the years. DIY installation Vinyl floor installation in a new home 2 installs in our Office, one when moved in plus an addition baseboards and vinyl base Tile floor installation Henry and Johnny have been amazing to work with for all of it! We keep coming back because we know we are getting a great deal, we have options on flooring quality, and the customer service is wonderful. I honestly can’t wait to use the countertop services. We definitely are loyal customers.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but you may feel rushed, especially if you get there close to their closing time. If you want to see and consider many different options, be there at least 1 1/2 hour before they close.

Stoled my tile. Paid for 7 slabs used maybe 3 or 4 and won’t return the others. Sloppy work. I have months of text messages asking for them to return and complete my job.

Expert Flooring just completed our project and it is BEAUTIFUL! We finally chose our color for our vinyl waterproof planking and Johnny was very patient with us. He allowed us to bring home Multiple samples and helped us along the way ! The installers were on time, efficient and paid VERY close attention to detail. There is not one blemish or one complaint on the finished floor and baseboards. I would 100% recommend Hardwood Flooring to any of my friends and family !! Thank you so much for a stress free project !

Thank you very much.for sending the customer service guy to my house to look at my fiber glass floor,after few questions we found the problem.my installer suggest me to use a material that suppost to give more shine,that was the problem.after me clean it good and scrube a little,scratches disappear.thanks also great prices.
