We started a flooring/carpeting project through Lowes Jan. 8th and it just now got done yesterday March 30th. During that time my wife and I had to miss days of work because of Kellers and Lowes miscommunication with each other. Beth McMullin of Kellers honestly doesn’t give a care in the world for Lowes customers and will continue to put their project on the back burner and she doesn’t answer her phone at all..then makes up lame excuses..she is PATHETIC!! I will never even think of doing another project through Lowes if they continue to do business with Keller Interiors. A project for your house is supposed to be an exciting change and experience. Keller Interiors and Beth in particular made the last 4 months into an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! Do yourself a favor and NEVER USE KELLER INTERIORS!!!

This company in Omaha is a complete joke. They sub-contract out to lowest bidders, apparently do not vet their sub-contractors and have horrible customer service. Beth McMullin as the customer support representative is pathetic and has no apparent interest in customer satisfaction. She very, very rarely answers her phone, let alone return calls. We started a project through Lowes in Jul ’23 to pull carpet and put in a vinyl floor in our dining/living room, hall way and stairs. The floor was installed and torn out 3 times due to extremely poor craftsmanship and poor product design. Another Keller store from Des Moines, IA finally got the job done in Feb ’24. We were without furniture for weeks at a time throughout this 6 month debacle. DO NOT USE KELLER INTERIORS in Omaha. Make sure if you go through a home improvement store in Omaha for a project that they do not use them!

If you go to Lowe’s and they want to use this installer, do not allow them in your home. Especially if you don’t want you home smelling like cigarette smoke. There are also a few issues with the install where the carpet wasn’t installed correctly and hanging off the stairs.

I don’t know about Keller Interiors, but Dale and Brian who were the installers, did an excellent job, timely and professional. Highly recommend asking for Dale and Brian

My husband and I bought our flooring with Lowes who subcontracted out to Kellers. They have rescheduled us 3 times in the last month and they still have not installed our floor. First it was they had a bigger job to finish, then the one time they did make it out to do the job, 15 minutes later they were gone because Lowes didn’t have all the necessary supplies to do the job in the contract. Then after we rectified that in a day by buying the correct supplies it took them another week to get us scheduled. Once again on the day of the supposed installation we get a text saying they aren’t coming due to having van issues. They said they can come the next day. Guess what? Another text the next morning saying still having van issues. Never an apology just excuses. After that he ignored our communications. Between the Kellers customer service and our installer the incompetence astounds. Don’t walk but run away from Kellers!

Dale Graham and Brian Beaver did our install. Very professional and great to work with. Turned out fantastic. They made sure to not cut any corners and do the job the right way. Highly recommend these guys.

Dale and Brian did an amazing job installing our new LVT flooring. From start to finish Dale communicated exactly what to expect and answered all our questions from start to finish. I will use Keller Interiors with Dale and Brian for my next flooring project.

We live in Lincoln, NE and we purchased our flooring from Lowe’s. Keller Interiors out of Omaha, NE did the installation. Dale and his crew, Brian and Matt (I believe was the other person) did an excellent job of installation of 3 bed rooms and a hallway. The crew was kind and curious. The inform us on how they were going to the layout and made some good recommendations. They worked hard and did not fart around. They worked until most of the job was complete and returned the next day to finish up the job. I would recommend this crew for your floor installation projects.

The staff worked hard to get the project done timely. They did a good job with the floor, base, quarter round and caulk. They were professional. They answered my questions without hesitation and instructed me on how to take care after the install. Much appreciated!!!
