I called the store a day before going. I explained to Kameron what I was looking for and explained that I was having no luck in other stores or online. When I arrived he had a floor picked out and it was perfect! He showed me a couple other possibilities but his first choice was the one I got. I was in the store and out in about 20 minutes. I will definitely return for any future flooring needs that I might have. He had greeted me as soon as I went in and appeared to be very knowledgeable in flooring.

I walked into the Oak Ridge store and was immediately greeted and after hearing what I needed, shown what could be installed on a very stringent time line. It was on sale, always a plus! The installer showed up on time and quickly began work . My floor had enormous gaps between the floor and wall due to settling of this 80 yr. old home. Javier, the installer, used his ingenuity and skill and did a wonderful job hiding the imperfections . I recommend Johnson and Son for their customer service, for listening to me and for being on time . Johnson and Son is a great addition to Oak Ridge merchants If you need flooring, go to Johnson and Son first. No searching a warehouse for someone to help you!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Johnson and Sons Oak Ridge location. The store manager Kameron has been very informative and helpful every time I walk in the store or ask questions. I highly recommend going to him for your flooring needs!
