In store finance options were too high in 2022, so we went with our credit union, which was better than a home equity loan. Will have to pay off quickly to reduce interest paid. The install required a repair, due to a spot in foundation and all is well now. They did a superb job on removing and replacing existing trim. I do wish the flooring was more scratch resistant and tough, but overall we are satisfied with the purchase and install. The salesperson was patient and helped find the best flooring match for our needs and decor. I wished we had done it sooner!

This was our second time to use this company. We were again very pleased with the experience. The store staff , Bonnie, was very helpful. Our installer, Armando, was very courteous and efficient. Great job!

IDeal was prompt in responding to my initial request, giving me the estimate of cost. Then when the task I needed was to be scheduled, they again provided me a timely install time but indicated if this didn’t work for us, to advise. The installers came actually before their scheduled time & promptly got to eork. The installation was done quickly, & best of all it was done very professionally. Excellent service from start to finished. Impressive.

Responsive group. Limited options with some materials (discontinued without notice after ordering) and we had to re-select. They did not use the up-charge with the substitute material and it did not affect the installation schedule, which we appreciated. Installation of the granite counter-top was very well done, on time and on budget. Same day removal of old and installation of new. Match points lined up perfectly and that speaks highly of the attention given to the layout drawings / dimension cut plan. Flooring and backsplash was not as strongly delivered as the countertop. Start day pushed back a day to a Friday, workmen had to work over the weekend to just complete by Tuesday of the next week that was expected to be complete on the Saturday three days earlier. Shortage of material without spare on hand. Edge trim a little off on the corners (sales told me they would use corner pieces – installer never heard of that). Installer had his hands full and his helper assisted, where he could. A lot of clean-up by homeowner on wood cabinets and wood floor base where installer sponged over with grout-water spots. Needed two 1/8″ holes drilled for a wall device and his bit burned out and he did not complete them. He had to return to site and enlarge an electrical opening in the tile for wall switch. Probably needed a commercial grade installer to meet homeowner’s expectations.

Easy to work with, quality work, great price…$1,000 less expensive than another local store for the exact same carpet!
