We had Dover Floor install hardwood flooring throughout the main part of our home and new carpet installed in two bedrooms. This was the first time we worked with the flooring division of Dover Home Remodelers, and we were very pleased with the process and finished work. Rudy, the hardwood installer, was very efficient and a true craftsman. James, our project manager, kept us up to date on all the issues and coordinated with the suppliers and installers. We have used the home remodeling division of Dover several times. We would not hesitate to use the flooring division again on any future projects. Dover is the best, hands down!

Tried to do business with this Company starting in January for new carpeted flooring. Slow to move and respond, took until April to get in a good spot with selections, price and such. I thought it would take a couple weeks to figure out what we wanted and triangulate a price…not 4 months…gave me vibes that they were “too good” for my business which made things awkward. I never would have thought a vendor wouldn’t be interested in a $20k project? The response was slow on every question. No transparency in pricing like others have commented which was frustrating even when asking directly. Almost pulled the trigger to do business but was backed into a corner to get another quote since I had no transparency into what I was buying. They just wouldn’t give me no details into pricing after asking multiple times. Through the quote check I learned they over measured by 20% in my basement. After that was learned all credibility was lost and was forced to choose another vendor. Between the miss on the measurement coupled with better product pricing from the other vendor I saved thousands.

Dover Floor and Tile Center basement rec room carpet install: Dover is a friendly, responsive, timely, and very professional company to use. Don’t be fooled by the ads from the “Fall in Love with your home again” company. I found them to be just about the opposite. James Giar was a pleasure to deal with and the installers were top notch. The owner even called after the job was complete to see if we were satisfied and was very friendly. Dover Flooring helped design and complete our remodeling vision with the upmost professionalism and craftsmanship. James and his team developed a flexible completion schedule and adhered to it for the entirety of the flooring installation. Our family living room is now a place of warmth and pride.

The team at Dover Floor and Tile Center is excellent – very professional, dependable, and friendly. We had luxury vinyl planks installed in our family room, office, hallway, steps and laundry room. The entire team was knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions we had. There was great attention to details of the project, and they cleaned up after each day’s work. James Giar, the project designer and manager, helped define our needs and made sure those needs were met. It was a high-end project, but the result was well worth it and we definitely recommend Dover Floor and Tile Center for any flooring or tile projects you may need.

Service was nice. Way, way, way overpriced. Don’t really tell you prices in store. Just a lot of “what are you looking to spend.” And slapped me with nearly an 8k cost to replace carpet and add like 20sqft of tile, in a maybe 400sqft room. I asked why the price was so high and it magically got cut by nearly half 🤣.
