If I could give double the stars, I certainly would. Deciding to get new flooring throughout our house seemed daunting…..but after speaking with Rob and his AMAZING staff/crew…them walking me through the process step by step….AND then seeing the INCREDIBLE results so quickly?? I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!! You guys know your stuff and do QUALITY work with respect, kindness, and integrity!! The entire team deserves a 10 out of 10 in my book!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend Floors Plus in Nixa! My experience was perfect service all the way around from beginning to end. Robert was extremely helpful and even met me after hours to pick out flooring. We had a situation with our taller trim and did not want the trim to be lower. That would cause a painting issue! Robert helped us pick out a product that was perfect for our situation. We also needed a higher quality flooring because we are in a condo and wanted to do our best to keep the noise level down. Robert was right on time and stayed on schedule with our install date. The install team was amazing and took care of putting our furniture back in its place. They did a terrific job and our new floor looks wonderful. As you can tell, we are very happy with our product, our install, and everything about our experience with Floors, Plus! I would highly recommend their amazing team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend Floors Plus! Their prices are unbeatable for the good quality of carpets and padding, especially with the lifetime warranty! Everyone in the store and on their crew are fantastic. We cannot thank you enough for the fabulous transformation that your crew gave our house with LVP flooring. Robert Moon has an exceptional crew from Luke in the showroom which was extremely helpful while we went through many samples to find the right fit to Rick, Joe and Jesse who did the install. Rick communicated throughout the process making sure that things were as we wanted. This crew went above the expectations that we had. We still have the bedrooms to re-do and we will definitely be using Floors Plus for that. Thank you again for a wonderful experience with our home update.

On time, on budget, and super fast installation… PS- after they finished, they vacuumed the carpet and mopped our floors before leaving…
