We had whole house floors/carpet and cheap flooring replaced with real oak hardwood flooring! They certainly knew what to do and did a perfect job! We are so pleased with every part of it! Now plan to do whole upstairs! Anyone can call us about any part of it! Recommend to!

I’m sorry to submit a poor review. I grew up in Newberry and my family used Whitaker for all their flooring needs. They were always so pleased with both product and service. So when I wished to purchase new carpeting for my elderly, disabled mother for Christmas, Whitaker was the only company I consulted. We selected the product and, after some scheduling calls and follow-ups, installation was performed in January without a problem. However, within a few weeks, a threshold between the den and bath popped up. The screws were not anchored into the subfloor. This was a hazard to both my mother and her caregivers. I requested Whitaker send someone to secure the threshold. No action. My mother and I both called over many weeks and we were ignored. My husband eventually made the repairs to the threshold himself during our last visit to SC. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service displayed by Whitaker, especially in attending to the needs of an aging population in relation to their products. I will not purchase flooring from them in the future.

As always, Whitaker furnished the right product at the right price with great service. Showroom experience, flooring selection, in-home estimate, product delivery and installation were all spot on. Whitaker takes the worry out of the flooring experience.
