My wife and I recently bought a home that needed around 2200-2300 sq ft of carpet. We reached out to 3-4 flooring companies and found that Norman’s was not only better in price than some of the bigger carriers. The quality of the carpet is much better as well. I find it quite rare that the lowest price matched up with the highest quality product and service. Wow! The installation crew missed a small patch of carpet that we needed installed. I called Tim and they had someone out immediately to install the area that was missed. That was a very impressive turnaround! We are very impressed and pleased with Norman’s. We had the pleasure of working with Tim. He was fantastic! 😄 I am sure we will be back down the road.

We are very pleased with Norman’s Flooring with their installation of our new hardwood floors, kitchen countertops, sink and backsplash. They were easy to work with and beyond professional. They provided a schedule and details of all the work to be performed. Without a doubt, we’d use them again for another project. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome job! Very straight forward about the price. Tim was very honest about the price, no hidden fees and the guys Vic & Victor did a wonderful job installing it. I looked at other places for carpet and they did not compare to the service I got at Norman’s. Thank you! Guys!

We found beautiful carpet here. The quote was a bit high but we loved the unique carpet and ordered it, being a local, family run company, which we prefer. The carpet came in on time and they kept to the scheduling we agreed upon. But the installation was our first disappointment. The two men that came to install were slow compared to carpet installers we’ve had previously in other homes. Granted, it was a hot day. So I made sure they had plenty of water to stay hydrated. They were a father/son team, and not part of the “family run” business I assumed it would be. The father was obviously more experienced and worked well. But it seemed very slow. I figured they were just doing a good job. They finally completed the job in the late afternoon. As my husband and I went to put the furniture back in place, we noticed scratches and deep dings in several areas of each room, to the drywall and sheetrock. And wherever there were corners they turned, the carpet had rubbed off all the drywall texture going around those corners. There were dark rubber shoe scuffs on the white closet doors that had to be cleaned off and many paint touch ups we have to do to the walls. This is a brand new house and we are left to touch up paint, and repair nicks to drywall and baseboards! SECOND disappointment: After the installation no one bothered to call to see if we loved our new carpet or ask if we were happy with the install. They simply emailed an invoice with our balance due. No personal note. Very disappointing after the helpful first contact. I suppose we are in the minority that still believes customer service is important, but it is to us. We don’t feel we received that here. But we do love our new carpet, and regardless of the lack of care to our home by the installers, they did a decent job with the install itself. It is guaranteed if it stretches or needs attention in the future. So hopefully they’ll be a little more customer-service oriented in the future too.

Have had whole house re-carpeted and added hardwood flooring they did a great job at a reasonable rate. Five years later and we need to have a couple of spots re-stretched, they came in and did an awesome job above and beyond my expectations, moving furniture and getting it stretched.

I have had Normans do 3 jobs for me that consisted of 2 carpet installs and 1 hardwood floor. They have GREAT service/installers. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them. Cindy and Tim are AWSOME
