When I first walked into FloorMe!, I was floored! So many choices, where do I begin to choose tile for a bathroom remodel? Jamie came up to me and asked if she could help. She listened to my “tile story” and recommended some tile choices. She also came out to do the measuring. I knew I was in good hands. The selection of tiles was impressive, but what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service provided by Jamie. Very happy with FloorMe from start to finish of our project. Jamie was very helpful and great to work with. We hired them for hardwood in our master bedroom, living room and laundry room, and purchased the shower tile through them. I chose FloorMe based on positive Google reviews and being disappointed at other “big box” stores. FloorMe was the best choice!! The team is knowledgeable, detailed, helpful and excellent communication. Sales was prompt in measuring up my project. Installation manager made sure my install would be a success and worked with my specific timing window. The installer was terrific- excellent workmanship, communication, detailed and polite. The entire team was very professional and I would highly recommend!!

When searching for tile for our bathroom renovation, we ‘accidentally’ entered into FloorMe’s showroom. We were immediately greeted and helped by Dana. She was very patient, honest and helpful with our remodeling project. She was not only attentive to our needs and style but also offered some helpful suggestions. When our builder began the construction of our niche, he thought he was an inch shy, and asked if we could purchase another sheet. We immediately drove to FloorMe to hopefully obtain another sheet, but it was not in stock and needed to be ordered. Because of the small amount needed, several staff looked through ALL there samples, as they were willing to just give us the sample piece, so the project could be completed. We are so impressed and very appreciative with how they wanted to help us! We will absolutely go back to FlooMe!, when we remodel other rooms in our house. Working with highly qualified and dedicated people, makes the whole process so much easier.

We’re very happy with our new LVP kitchen and bath floor, and our whole experience working with FloorMe! Cayla (and others I spoke with) was very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout our project. I was having difficulty finding a product I liked, and Cayla suggested one that met my needs. Our installer, Mark, did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely work with FloorMe! again, and recommend them with confidence.

LVP & Carpeted Stairs: Whole experience was very professional and yet quite personal from the FloorMe! team (Dan/Mike). Mark, the installer was top notch, did fantastic work, and left the area very clean.
